I like sleeping in the bed on the tatami & they always keep the place clean. It is comfortable to stay in Jurong Wisdom hotel.

酒店設施不錯，還差點細節，樓下中餐廳的菜品是一絕，是我這次出遊吃過最好吃的一頓，擺盤精緻，味道恰到好處，量還大。，特別是豬肚燉豆腐煲那道菜，一大鍋被全部吃光

酒店整體不錯，停車方便，房間很大，服務很好，前台小哥哥免費送了早餐，房間電視機有問題馬上叫人處理，並升級換了房間，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，空調足，陰雨天瞬間覺得暖和了。離市中心有幾公里路，開車過來性價比很高。

提前在網上預訂了房間，而且用積分兑換了提前4小時入住，後來因為有點事情，一直到下午三點才到酒店，誰知道前台居然説房間還沒打掃完，讓我再等半個小時，還一直強調，前面的客人才退房，不可能這麼大的酒店，就一間行政雙床房吧，也不可能行政雙床房的客人都二點才退房吧，我説如果我按照我原本的時間，十點到了呢，我要等五個半小時才有房間嗎？在我的不斷責問下，前台才聯繫客房，説房間有了，已經打掃完，衹是沒有放出來，我徹底無語了，酒店管理也太混亂了吧。
