酒店前台美女、帥哥們的服務態度都很好，這個必須點贊👍。因為一直喜歡光線好，通氣好的房間，到店後特地選的最高層，房間裏的設施屬於“酒店基本型”，沒有特別的地方。房間不大，整體感覺還是比較乾淨。
餐廳早餐有牛奶、豆漿、紅茶、雞蛋、吐司、包子、紅薯、山葯，兩、三樣時蔬、兩樣水果、涼菜鹹蛋，有現撈的米粉、麪等，花樣不算太多，屬於基本保障，中等吧。
酒店位置還可以，出大堂門向右，距離大十字商貿區一公交站的距離，不過我沒時間也沒興趣向右去逛大十字。出門向左，距離民族博物館1000米左右，走路約十分鐘。（博物館有特色，值得去看看）
要説需要再完善的，一是牙刷質量不太好，傷牙，對於一個忘帶洗漱用具，且衹住一晚的疲憊客人，若是晚上再出去買牙刷的話，顯然有點懶到不想動，衹好將就用吧。其二，電視信號不穩定，頭天晚上電視還好好的，第二天一早醒來，想看看電視新聞，結果顯示“無信號”。無驚無喜吧，還不錯，給個好評。

酒店位置還可以，離附近商圈都挺近的。酒店本身會接待酒席，所以有時候電梯有點難等。酒店配置和衞生還是不錯的，但是竟然沒有洗澡的拖鞋。早餐種類挺豐富的，還不錯。前台接待的小姐姐不是很熱情，有點冷淡

設施：我們定的房間國慶期間也就兩百多，很划算，洗手間乾濕分離，房間也有小茶几電視，酒店外賣能送上門，2樓有早餐，早餐種類很多，但是飲品不多，粉非常好吃。
缺點：電視機不能投屏，酒店沒有洗衣房
衞生：乾淨
服務：連續住兩晚阿姨收拾還多放了水
環境：離市中心很近，步行到鬧市區，貴州很多地下通道，過馬路要從地下通道走，外地遊客不要找錯路

坐了一夜火車，早上8點多到店，酒店門面不大，但一走進大廳，舒適明亮，且有香味瀰漫，背景鋼琴音樂柔和，前台姑娘專業周到的安排了入住。走進房間，色調温馨，打掃的乾淨整潔，洗手間寬敞舒適，設施現代簡潔實用，早餐中西都有，地段更是中心的中心，性價比滿分的酒店！

酒店處於凱里最繁華的中心，交通便利，房間乾淨寬敞，酒店早餐也很豐富。對面就有大排檔一條街，街邊拐角有一家牛肉粉的牛雜又入味又便宜，不遠就是中博美食一條街和國貿，去老市場趕集也步行可達，如果你不想曬太陽那就走地下大十字通道，總之是黔東南之行性價比最高的一家酒店，下次還會選這家。

設施：還行吧 那個窗簾拉不茸。沙發的印記自己看圖吧！沒有涼拖鞋。打電話送來一對。客房直接不敲門就直接開門丟進來了……如果是一個女孩子自己住的情況下 可想而知吧！體驗差。

各方面都還可以的，性價比不錯。在市中心，馬路對面就是永樂路的夜市街的，一商場步行約十來分鐘，苗綉市集去了綉裏淘，打車大概十五分鐘。在主幹道旁邊，所以沿馬路的房間會有點吵。
