Excellent service as well as excellent food quality and test. We were quite happy during staying. Break fast, lunch and dinner time was really impressive. Any kind of service was really prompt. Overall staying in the hotel was really nice.

The food is very nice. Dinner buffet menu is well balanced and nice combination. Taste is also nice. Always serve hot food with a fantastic way. Morning breakfast also very good. Restaurant service person are also very good. Special thanks to Chef Sanjib, who always take care very special and always suggest a well balanced dishes. Munna also a nice person. Must visit. Thank you again pallavi team.

I have to write this review as I'm unable to get a GST bill from the hotel after multiple days of follow up and their duty ***ager Mr. Advait Bhatkar has simply denied to give me a gst bill after all these days. Such service and clear tax evasion is being followed by their hotel ***agement. I would request to skip the hotel for best as that will be a safer option. I have attached pictures of bills where Mr. Advait have just mentioned any room tariff according to their will and also not mentioned my gst details plus the amount is also not the same I paid for. I have attached pictures of proof also where the duty ***ager can be seen not at all ready to give the bill or answer the call. Avoid the hotel at all cost.

This too is an extremely comfortable stay. Super convenient and speedy check-in at reception. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, We enjoyed Stay was comfortable, we are staying on 9th floor it's was luxurious room, Food was delicious, serious is up to the mark Thanks to Pallavi aVida make my stay was memorable. 😊

The hotel staff served us , with great hospitality and work. The house keeping staff was up to mark with smooth work and efficient attitude to keep up with their mark. cheers fo ajinkya kamle the hotel also served us with food and great interior that provide beautiful ambience

Best hotel in navimumbai.The staff were lovely and good selection of staff .Recieved good recommendations for room.Room was clean with essentials .housekeeping staff pratik,ajinkya were soo helpfull with room cleanning and welcoming staff. Service staff jeevan from restaurant was very good .im quite nervous with room maintenance please look through it switch board not working .and not good behaviour of reception .Security was smiling with welcoming guest .

Very good hospitality good food as we have booked banquet for 50 th wedding anniversary for our parents staff and ***agement was very cooperative and supportive .special thanks to the chef and surendar sir ***ager for the event ..thanks for organizing a good function for us.

House keeping and room service is good excellent stay. housekeeping supervisor Mr Roshan and room attendant Ajinkya are very helpfully .please kindly look through the room maintenance and door key .overall good stay.Thank you very much
