We rested at the hotel on February 23-25, 2023. We had room 534, the peculiarity of which was that the door to the bathroom did not open. To enter the bathroom, you need to open the door to the shower stall, go into it, close the entrance door to the bathroom behind you, and only then can you wash your face or go to the toilet. Moreover, the price per room (standard) is more than 7 thousand rubles. When contacting the administrator, I did not receive an intelligible answer, a productive solution or a reduction in the price for the room. A summary was given: We have 30% of our room stock with such numbers. Sadly! The holiday is ruined. In addition, I would like to draw the administration’s attention to the dirty, dusty central chandelier in the form of air bubbles near the glass central elevator. And also for the garbage at the main entrance scattered near the trash can, which is not removed for 2 days and for the poor organization of parking (and for an additional fee), staff who do not have information about parking cars

The best hotel in Kaluga! I regularly visit Kaluga and have stayed in many hotels, but Four Points Sheraton Kaluga is by far the best hotel! Great a**osphere, very friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Delicious breakfasts!

Excellent hotel, very beautiful, the rooms are clean. I've been here several times in different rooms, I liked the one with the panoramic window. Quite filling and very tasty breakfasts. What I especially remember was that every morning a person (possibly the administrator) came to the table and asked if it was delicious, if we liked everything, etc., it’s very nice🥰 If you go to Kaluga, then only to this hotel, others after it seem completely unfriendly )

Stayed at the hotel for one night. The room is superior - in fact more comfortable than it was in the photo. Spacious. I really liked it. The bed is wonderful. The bathroom had a bathtub, not a shower. With cosmetics it’s somehow weak. The breakfast was very varied, a large selection of desserts, freshly squeezed juice, excellent coffee. The only negative was that Abrau-Durso was bottled, there were few people who wanted this drink. Parking - in the courtyard, very convenient, 400 rubles. All the staff work great.

Very pleased with the room, service and location! The bathroom is luxurious, there is all the necessary equipment, bathrobes and slippers - of course. We don’t understand why 14th place out of 17?! We highly recommend it to everyone: twin room, breakfast - at the highest level! The number was 631. There are different parking lots: above ground, underground! The issue price is 400-600 rubles. Very friendly reception, there is a map. In addition, during the renovation of the spa, they offered an alternative nearby for an hour, well done! I really liked the hotel, we recommend it to everyone! If we return with friends, we will definitely stay here!
