Excellent locations, spacious clean rooms, excellent food, and medical procedures. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and are very happy and impressed with the services provided. Prices are very reasonable.

Our stay was for 4 nights during the film festival. The hotel is nice, standardly furnished in Karlovy Vary, and very clean. But. Upon arrival, despite the confirmed reservation, they did not have a room ready for us and we had to spend one night in an apar**ent that we did not order. Then confusion with moving to the right room. The reception staff is reluctant and if you speak Czech, you more or less bother them. The foreign guests are smiling and nice. This was followed by parking problems by issuing a parking card to a fully occupied car park. The contacts listed in the reservation system and the numbers on the hotel's room cards do not work. Only one number from the web works. Breakfast is rich but only early in the morning, then they are in no hurry to replenish. We must praise the very nice and helpful cleaners. Other staff is below average. Thank you for a nice stay.

I stayed 5 nights and enjoyed my time. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was nice and dinner was fabulous. Location is perfect

The room was good so far.
When we arrived we were told that the available parking space for 10 euros was unfortunately full and that we should park in a parking garage.
Parking in the parking garage was 50 euros for 2 nights.
A payment with Amex as stated on the site could not be paid either.
Overall, we would have expected better service for the money and were unfortunately disappointed.

Die Lage mitten im Ort und an den Kollonaden ist natürlich für das Erkunden des Ortes perfekt - wenn man allerdings Ausflüge mit der Bahn machen will muss man sich auf lange Wege zu den beiden Bahnhöfen einstellen. Das Bett war zwar gut und bequem - ich kann jedoch nicht nachvollziehen, dass die Basics in diesem Hotel nicht umgesetzt werden: Kein Toilettenpapierhalter - die Rollen auf einem Stab auf der Erde - die Blätter hängen naturgemäß auf der Erde (Hygiene geht anders) , kein Halter für die Brause, die angeblichen Verdunklungsvorhänge ein Witz (zwar dunkle Vorhänge - aber aufgrund der Art wird es mit Sonnenaufgang hell (viel Spaß im Sommer)). Und Schallschutzfenster? Scheint das Hotel auch eigenwillig zu interpretieren. Ein Trost ist nur, dass nachts so gut wie kein Verkehr ist. Wie wohl die Geräuschkulisse bei schönem Wetter in der Hauptsaison sein mag wenn draußen voller Betrieb in den Restaurants ist?? Der Safe war nicht nutzbar - auch nicht akzeptabel für ein 4-Sterne Haus. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel - aber mehr auch nicht. Ist halt Geschmackssache…. Mein Fazit: Man kann dort einen kurzen Aufenthalt machen, sollte sich aber nicht von den nicht ganz zutreffenden Beschreibungen der angeblichen Vorteile locken lassen…

Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Es liegt zentral an den Kolonaden. Leider gab es nur 5 Parkplätze, die alle belegt waren. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist im klassizistischem Stil. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und die Betten bequem.
