Kantipur Village Kathmandu

Very clean room with good amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is also near shopping areas which is within walking distance. Highly recommended for tourists looking for a good hotel to stay in Kathmandu. I truly enjoyed my stay in Kantipur Village.

Nice design room, but bathroom is a bit cramped, Central air con system is slow to cool down the room. Cosy Lobby & reception team are excellent service . The lifts are big plus esp after our 12 days trekking expedition in the Himalayas. Breakfast is great

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms plus a great breakfast service. Everybody really tries to make you feel at home Location is central and every type of shop is just a walk away. Room facilities are good and the movie channels help you skip the jetlag! .

Beautiful room very very polite staff excellent breakfast location is ,very relaxing rooms neat Lenin bathroom amenities are good ,local market is very near ,cost room, will highly recommend to my friends and travellers ,will definately come back to stay ,only thing missing was luggage rack but it was manageable. One of the best hotel in Thamel area. Spacious rooms with all the room amenities. Staff and their hospitality service is top-notched. Rooftop lounge with a city view one of the highlight of hotel with great food and ambience. Definitely love to come back soon.

Excellent property in Thamel area. Nice and courteous staff. From pre-arrival support to check-in (for 4 nights), in the new block, the experience was perfect. Room decor, upholstery, bedsheets, towels and toiletries were perfect too. Room service is quick and efficient. Food is reasonably priced and is generally good. Though, found some non-veg items not properly cooked (some pieces were still partly raw and difficult to chew). I requested the Restaurant Manager for preparation of a dish and substitute with any regular dish in the buffet dinner (included in my package) on any following day and he readily agreed. While offering the dish, he stated that I will have to pay for the dish though, eventually the charges were not raised for the dish. Rooftop Restaurant is great, must visit and enjoy the view. In the evening, I wanted to point out some small issues to the General Manager of the Hotel, but he did not have time during all the 4 days despite my best efforts to get in touch (I was told that one day was weekly off and rest of the time he was always busy in meetings or phone calls). So, here goes: Toilet: Though lighting is good, light near mirror is not properly placed to facilitate even shaving (left side of the face does not get enough good light) Housekeeping: Generally good. Though floors appear clean, walking barefoot after bath reveals that dust has not been properly cleaned (probably result of continuous use of same mop, without desilting it) Room: Avoid any room in the new block, till the construction on top floor is over.

Stayed here before and after our trek to Everest Base Camp and enjoyed our stay here. Arranged by Scenic Nepal Trekking Co. Convenient location, great service, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!!

Though i was introduced to this place by my another boutique hotel.My flight got cancelled and checked in here.The environment was homely and the service was good. Cleaned and hygenic!! I will surely visit next time..Thank you!!

It was booked through our agency. Hotel is in central location right Infront of everything. Staffs are nice and breakfast was good. I would love to stay back if I return for another trip with Mosaic Adventure.
