Pyramids Park Resort Cairo Reviews

It wasn't the weather for swimming in March, but it was a shame that the pool was under repair. It was great to be able to use the lawn on the first floor. The Grand Egyptian Museum is right next door, but you can't cross the street, so you have to go around by taxi. It's not open yet, so even just the museum architecture tour is too expensive. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so they provide dinner. It was delicious, but the breakfast wasn't that great.

The room wasn't cleaned every day, and they didn't provide water either; the experience was terrible.

I like the location of the hotel, opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum. The environment is beautiful. The room is much bigger than the one in the city center, and the bathroom is big and good. The breakfast is also good. The lobby is magnificent

A very luxurious hotel, very close to the pyramids. The hotel has a taxi service, so you don't have to take an Uber. It's very convenient. We agreed on the price in advance. The hotel has a swimming pool and a delicious breakfast. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation.

The entire hotel is still a semi-finished product. The restaurant is under construction and the swimming pool is also under construction. After leaving the hotel, it is basically a wasteland. The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can still hear the sound of decoration in the morning. You have to go through security check when you check in, but the attitude of the staff is very good.

There was a power outage from around 5:30pm to almost 10pm. It was only in a specific building, so I didn't think it was due to a planned power outage or anything like that. When I asked the reception, they just told me to wait. When I asked when it would be restored after 8pm, they said it would be restored in 20 minutes. In the end, it didn't come back after 20 minutes. Even when the electricity was restored, the lights were not on in all the rooms, only near the entrance. It was the worst thing that I could do because I was staying at a nice hotel and there was a power outage. There was no explanation or apology from the hotel. They didn't say anything when I checked out. It was my last day in Cairo, but it was a really terrible day.

Rubbish hotel, no internet, outdated

The room size is big enough, but the facilities are old. There's nothing to eat for breakfast,

The sanitation is mediocre, the room environment is mediocre, many sockets inside are broken, the lights are too dim, and the lights for sleeping at night are unreasonable at all. The swimming pool outside is ok, the restaurant has a single diet, after eating for 7 nights, nothing has changed!

We had a wonderful stay at Pyramids Park Hotel Cairo. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Mohamed Nabil, who made us feel completely at home from the very beginning. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and have made us want to come back again and, of course, recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed not only the fantastic facilities and services the hotel offers, but also the warm and personal attention we received throughout our stay. A very special thanks as well to Ahmed Hussein for his outstanding support and efficient handling of all our needs. Thanks to him, our experience was even more enjoyable and stress-free.
