Our stay was amazing, the staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming. We were able to enjoy everything as if this were our own home. I would definitely come back to stay and am recommending The Village at Poconos to my family and friends.

Of the 750 TV channels listed, two were viewable, Sunday morning prior to our waking, all Power was lost in the facility, meaning no lights or conveniences, no water, ( shower, toilet facilities, etc), upon checking out, our request for a partial refund due to lack of service was met with weak passivity and vague promises, no guarantees. The first restaurant available for food service was eleven miles from the facility. A nightmare.

Right across the street from pocono raceway. Ideal For those Attending races or one of the driving experiences. Beautiful grounds, very clean, Just a lovely environment. And the cafe a few feet away was excellent.
