Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road.

Property condition was poor - ripped sofa bed; dirty tee shirt left on wardrobe; shower temperature awful; broken items and looked generally unkept.

We found the carpet in the hall way and especially in the living room area with many stains and marks, as if it was dirty. The metal list between the carpet and the linoleum in the kitchen was loose, and we had to be careful to not kick it and fall over it. Just to mention a few things.
