Love the place! The service is amazing, Nikhil the manager catered to our every need, the pool is fantastic, food is fantastic everything was great. Booking experience with Faiza was seamless and incredibly easy. Would definitely return

Pleasant, nothing special Staff not seem to care, like service mind. Serious issues with taste and style. Prices are ok but need work on the whole concept typical Diani coast I'm afraid , salads were limp looked old and Tusker at 400 a bottle, cash only?

By far one of the best escapes in Kenya. The food was excellent and was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful, attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. Highly recommended for those looking for the perfect location with excellent service.

We had an enjoyable stay at villa kalista! Thank you Faiza for accommodating us and making sure all is fine especially catering for my son with special needs. Amazing hospitality from the manager Nikhil Kapoor who made sure we are comfortable, the chef who made amazing food from breakfast to lunch to high tea to dinner loved the sea food bbq! Finally thanks to the staff who were very friendly. We had a wonderful time thank you villa kalista team

My family loved the place and the manager Nikhil was very friendly and helpful. The staff were amazing. So disciplined and ready to serve no matter what time it was. Made our stay feel pampered. Will definitely be returning again with my family.

We took two of the villas and we were a group of 9 people. The Villa was huge and very spacious with beautiful grounds. We we’re welcome by Nik who manages the place and then gave us a long introduction of the place. The villa we were in wasnt fully ready so we had to wait for some time. The beach and sea is very rocky but the pool was nice. Food was average and can do with some improvements. Nik kept popping in announced all the time which wasn’t very comforting. Otherwise he catered to our needs. Salma and her team were exceptional. The Spa team were wonderful with massages and pedicures.

Just come back from a trip to Villa Kalista and loved it. Villas are luxurious and spacious The service out of this world. Nikhil made sure no stone unturned. Our villa buttlers made sure we had everything we needed and had a brilliant lunch and dinner setup. Most of all for us the place was really child friendly and our son was safe to roam around without us being nervous

Absolutely loved the experience. We stayed in Kalista just for the lunch and to swim in the pool: the service was outstanding, particularly thanks to Nikhil who was very attentive manager and also kind to show us the villa itself. Great food and pleasurable a**osphere combined with personal approach to the customers. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone, from the manager Nikhil to the groundskeepers were extremely lovely. The food was also very high quality and plentiful. I was having a hard time clearing my plate because I was always full. My friends and I are already planning on coming back next year.
