I just wonder why the hotel does not clean the room. I stay for 4 days. I also have to put garbage in front of the room and the hotel staff will change new garbage bag and new towel.

We stayed here for only one night, it’s new and nice! It’s really close to Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu

The room was very clean and the large public bath was also very clean. We went to the breakfast buffet early in the morning, so we were able to enjoy a very hot and fresh meal.

It is about 15 minutes away from Mitsui Outlet Kisarazu store. There is a supermarket across the road. The location is very good. The breakfast is very good and there are many customers. The bus to Kanada Bus Terminal is out of service, and Haneda Airport can only take the Limousine bus to Mitsui Ole.

The coffee maker was broken, so I couldn't drink hot coffee or hot water. It was a minus that there were no hot drinks at the free breakfast. But I was able to take a relaxing bath, so I think it was good.

A newly opened hotel, very close to Kisarazu Outlet, a taxi cost 600-700 yen. The hotel has a hot spring. There are many locals who come to the hotel to take a bath in the hot spring. There are still very few foreigners staying there. There are no convenience stores nearby.

There was only one chair in the room for two of us, and no chairs to borrow, which was a bit disappointing.

I often use this hotel because it offers free breakfast, has a good selection of items, and the rooms are relatively clean.

It was a standard twin room, but there was a sofa so I could relax. It was clean and the bathroom was large, and the washroom and toilet were separated, which was nice. It's also close to the interchange, so the next day's departure went smoothly.

Hygiene: Very clean, and it is also outstandingly clean among hotel competitions in Japan. However, the hotel uses echo cleaning. Even if you don't come in for cleaning, you can put the trash can outside in the morning and the waiter will empty it and give you a new pack of bath towels. Actually not bad Location: Between the outlets and the bus terminal, it is convenient for shopping and traveling. The bus terminal can go to Haneda Airport and major stations in Tokyo. There are ramen shops and conveyor belt sushi nearby, as well as a large supermarket Breakfast: There is free breakfast. Although the variety is a bit lacking, it tastes pretty good. There are many seats facing the window, which are very comfortable Service: It has been observed that there are only people at the front desk in the morning and evening. At other times, you can check in and check out by self-service machines.

Even though I paid in advance, I was charged again at check-in. When I entered the room, it smelled of mold and was extremely humid. Even with the air conditioner on, I couldn't dehumidify it at all. When I went to the public bath, the water heater was broken and I could only use the shower. I'm not going anymore.

Although it is a little small, there is a large public bath where you can wash away the fatigue of the day. It's close to the outlet, so it's easy to use.

The front desk can help call a taxi, which is a good check-in experience.
