"The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it wins on brand and location, right next to the pier. Boarding boats, jet skis, and the Nautilus helicopter 🚁 are all within walking distance, and the night market is also very close. We checked in with three people, and the front desk said that a 15-year-old child would be charged extra for an additional bed. However, the front desk only collected the money and didn't inform housekeeping to add extra slippers and towels. The service awareness needs improvement. When the extra bed was added, the housekeeper moved the main bed in the room, revealing a dirty carpet underneath that hadn't been cleaned in a while. I have to criticize the hotel for this. Neither of these issues should be mistakes made by a Hilton brand."
