"When planning our summer trip to Hefei with my child, I was specifically looking for a hotel with a prime location and convenient transportation. I stumbled upon this one by chance. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the Four Points brand, but after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for taking the subway to both the high-speed rail station and popular attractions. Even a post-dinner stroll around Swan Lake is just a short walk away. The pool isn't huge, but my child absolutely loved swimming there. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that the gym offers Pilates facilities! If I get the chance to visit Hefei again, I'd definitely choose to stay here."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, and the driver pick-up/drop-off service was incredibly convenient, exceeding my expectations. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and I was really satisfied with the hot water. Dining options nearby were also quite convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back. "The room was very spacious and clean, with Ascott-level service and great value for money. It's close to the Swan Lake business district and Hefei Stadium, so finding food is never an issue. You can even see the In77 cheering from the room! After a concert, if you can't get a taxi, it's an easy walk back to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts in Hefei!"

"The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is very convenient to go downstairs for meals. The hygienic condition is worrying. There are traces of spit on the edge of the bed. The bedding on the bed feels damp and very uncomfortable. The room smelled like toilet and had an unexplainable smell. It is recommended to expose the bedding to the sun. The surrounding environment is very good. The forehead service at the front desk is very good. There is a charge for bottled water."

"Atour's most prominent 2 points: 1. Deep sleep series bedding 2. Service. I reported to school with my children. I was tired and hot after a day of walking. The pillows were very comfortable. I slept well and resurrected with blood. I immediately decided to buy a set. Every employee of Atour deeply enters the daily service concept of caring, enthusiastic and caring. The hotel has a luggage collection service, helping me pick up and unpack the express delivery, and helping me load my luggage in the room until I push it downstairs. Everyone is very polite, including seeing outside the hotel. I will say hello. The room was very hygienic, I couldn't see the unclean details, and I was relieved to live. The refrigerator is refrigerated and the drink is cool. Breakfast tastes great"

"The room layout is great, it's exactly the style I wanted, it's really great. The spacious space allows residents to move freely without feeling cramped. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are a highlight of the room, which not only bring plenty of natural light into the room, but also provide a panoramic view of the bustling city. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the busy traffic and flashing neon lights outside the window, as if you are in the embrace of the city. The choice of furniture is also very tasteful, simple and practical, which complements the overall loft style."

"I feel this is a very fair and balanced review. Firstly, the staff provided excellent service. Secondly, the housekeeping staff's cleaning standards and techniques need significant improvement. 1. Hair was not properly cleaned from the floor. 2. The carpet had noticeable, uncleaned stains and was misaligned/crooked. 3. The floor had very obvious mop streaks and uncleaned spots, which were unfortunately magnified by the ceiling spotlights and floor tile color, highlighting a potential design flaw. Thirdly, concerning the decor and materials: 1. The room's soundproofing was unsatisfactory, especially the entrance door, which offered virtually no sound insulation. 2. Smoking was freely permitted in the hotel lobby, which was highly regrettable. 3. While the in-room facilities were decent and the materials seemed acceptable, the renovation workmanship was genuinely poor. Evident issues included a creaky bathroom door, a dripping shower hose, a warped and sharp transition strip between the wood flooring and tiles, uncleaned construction debris at the base of the bathroom door frame, poorly sealed or unfinished wall-to-ceiling joints, rough finishing below the vanity mirror, and visible, uncleaned expanding foam from fixed panels, to name a few. I might be nitpicking, but these are purely my personal observations and do not necessarily reflect the general public's opinion. My apologies if any of my comments cause offense."

"The room was as clean and tidy as ever. Due to the heavy snow, it was difficult to get a taxi, and it was quite late when we arrived at the hotel. The quiet environment helped me fall asleep quickly. The hotel was also a stop for the airport bus, so I bought a ticket, boarded the bus, and arrived at the airport without any problems."
