"The location is super close to the station, just a 3-minute walk away. It's also not far from all the tourist attractions, about a 20-minute walk. However, the room was a bit dark. On the plus side, the room itself was very spacious. If you're a light sleeper and easily disturbed by noise, this hotel might not be suitable because it's right next to a 24-hour tram line, which can be noisy if you're on floor A."

"The hotel is conveniently located not far from the station. The facilities are quite new and very stylish, attracting a lot of young people. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. Plus, the T2 tram stop is right outside, making it very easy to get around."

"I think it's great, but there are more bugs in this weather. But they all follow the light, so in fact, as long as you turn on the bathroom light and turn off the bedroom light, your bedroom will be quite quiet. Highly recommended. The location is super good. "The room was huge! It had two bedrooms, a living room, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The staff really paid attention to what guests said, even if you weren't specifically asking them to solve a problem; they'd try their best to meet your needs for anything you casually asked about. Plus, they were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions, they even drew a route map for me, just in case I couldn't find my way! 🤣 It's also super convenient for getting around to tourist spots."

"Overall, the location is pretty good, about a 20-minute walk from Florence Cathedral. As for value for money, I suppose it depends on whether it's peak or off-peak season. The owner must have upgraded me to a suite, which was much larger than expected, almost like a two-story villa. The hotel garden is beautiful, with birds chirping and flowers blooming every morning. The facilities are average, but perfectly adequate. If I get the chance to visit Florence again, I'd be happy to choose this hotel."

"We spent over a month traveling through Europe this Chinese New Year, visiting Spain, Paris, Belgium, Hungary, and Italy. This apartment hotel was hands down the best accommodation of the entire trip – truly on par with a five-star hotel back home. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Plus, Florence has the best food in all of Italy! My only regret is that we only stayed for two days... Florence is the most 'chill' place in all of Italy, a thousand times better than Rome or Venice! I highly recommend booking this hotel! It's a 1000-euro hotel that easily outperforms European hotels costing several thousand and up!"

"Check-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral."

"Let's start with the positives: The room was absolutely impeccable – from its design and decor to the overall experience, size, and amenities. It was so good, I'd honestly give it a 6 out of 5! Even the owner's photos don't do it justice; it's incredibly beautiful, spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was spotless. I would definitely return to Florence just for this stunning room. It featured a double jacuzzi tub, a lovely terrace perfect for drinks and snacks, and even a sauna room – the first time I've ever seen one in a hotel room, though I didn't get a chance to use it. In short, everything about the room was perfect. The building itself has a charmingly old, manual elevator, which added a unique touch. Now for the downsides: Firstly, it's not in the absolute city center, located about 2 kilometers from the main attractions. While you can walk there, exploring the sights once you arrive still requires a lot of walking, which can be challenging in hot weather or if you're not up for extensive walking (like me). There's also a C1 bus nearby that goes to the sights, but if you don't want to wait an hour, don't even bother! Its schedule is a complete joke; you never know if or when it will show up. That said, I found staying a bit further out totally worth it for such a gorgeous room. My second issue was quite frustrating. Although it's listed as a 'hotel,' it's essentially a guesthouse or Airbnb, meaning there's no front desk. Any problems must be communicated via email with the host. Despite stating he's available 24/7, he wasn't responsive at all. On my first night, there was no hot water for the shower. I emailed the host the next day to report it, but he never replied – not even when he sent a reminder email for check-out! He completely failed to address the hot water issue. Luckily, I returned during the day and coincidentally met the cleaning lady, who helped me fix it. Otherwise, I would have gone a second day without hot water. So, be aware that without a proper front desk, problems might go unresolved... Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the host also served a delicious breakfast. Oh, and the Chinese embassy is close by, which added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind."

"The room is in the centre of Florence, the fridge, Zara, h&M and duomo of Florence is a few minutes' distance and deserves 5 stars. The guest is very friendly and friendly, I strongly advise you to stay here if you visit Florence and want to stay in centre of the city"

"This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great."
