From there, you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and Naples city center. The hotel's location is excellent. The nearest metro station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. There are shopping streets nearby with many delicious restaurants and pizzerias. It's very safe, and the locals are very friendly. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's front desk staff, Simona and Tommaso, were extremely friendly. On our first day in the area, they provided maps and detailed sightseeing suggestions. There was a slight issue that evening—the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff kindly brought extra blankets and quilts, and told us they would fix it the next day, or we could change rooms if necessary. We didn't have time to mention it to the front desk when we left the next day, but when we returned to the hotel that evening, the air conditioning was fixed! "We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. For travelers who want to explore the historic center or need easy access to the cruise terminal, the location is excellent. The room itself was very spacious and had a charming, classic Italian style with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. It felt authentic and had a unique atmosphere that made our short stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. Cleanliness was average, as some areas of the room could have been maintained better. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Naples thanks to its excellent location and spacious, character-filled rooms. However, improvements in cleanliness and especially the air conditioning would make the experience much better. Rating: 4/5 for location and atmosphere, 3/5 overall comfort."
