"It's truly amazing that they managed to create such a peaceful little courtyard in the bustling heart of Tamil Nadu! Plus, you can solve most of your needs right here without even leaving the hotel. I'll definitely be back! Facilities: The garden is perfect for afternoon tea and reading. A bit disappointed I didn't get to try the rooftop yoga this time. Ambiance: Quite good. Breakfast: Comparable to a 3-star hotel in China; it got a bit repetitive by the second day. But it's not a big issue, as many popular breakfast spots are within walking distance. Service: Attentive and reliable, and they don't intrude, which I really appreciate. Special shout-out: The shower water pressure! A must-have for long hair!"

"Awesome! Very very satisfied with our stay at Pomelo. There’s location is great, we are just a few minutes walk from Thamel, 20 minutes walk from Sayambhu, 10 minutes taxi from Balaju… Now the service, it was the best part in the inn, the staff is really very friendly and accommodating, thank you Gyanu and Kamal who helped us for everything during our stay. We booked two rooms as a family, but we got one big family room with separated rooms, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and proper to use. The breakfast is the best one we had in Kathmandu, fresh and simple. There is a rooftop, from where we took a bowl of air in the evenings and mornings, really nice."

"The service is professional and friendly, my room was clean, spacious and modern. The view from my balcony was amazing and the food at both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet was great! It’s in a great location, i highly recommend this hotel."

"It's a small hotel that was probably converted from an apartment building. It's not on the main road. Despite that, it's not immune from noise, and noise from both outside and inside the building carry quite clearly. The Wi-Fi seemed strong enough although at times unstable."

"Very unique hotel love the buddhism vibe to the hotel. Near to Thamel yet in a quiet corner. Staffs are friendly and love the breakfast and complimentary cup of latte or cuppucino everyday! Nice view from the rooftop too!"

"The location is a little out of the way from Thamel, but not too far. I heard the Japanese restaurant on the first floor is good, but I didn't get to try it. The staff are friendly, and the room condition isn't bad, but it's not super great either. The breakfast was clean and delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind – they even helped me find my charging cable that I left behind!!"
