"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing 7-Night Stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Disappointing Experience – Room Not Reserved Despite Confirmed Booking I booked two rooms, each with a king-size bed, for two couples. Before arriving, I called the hotel and informed them that I would arrive late, around 1:00 AM or possibly a little later. The hotel staff confirmed that my booking was secure and told me there was no issue with the late arrival, so I was reassured. However, when I finally arrived, I was told that my rooms had been given to other guests. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and had also called the hotel in advance to inform them of my late arrival. The staff then said the rooms were given away because I had not paid in advance. I was never asked to make an advance payment, nor was I informed that my booking would be cancelled without payment. Eventually, they provided an apartment with twin rooms instead. It had only one king-size bed, while the other room had single beds, which was not what I had originally booked. Despite this downgrade/change, I was charged the same amount as my original booking. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service or the way my reservation was handled. If the hotel could not hold the rooms without advance payment, they should have clearly informed me when I called. Giving confirmed rooms to other guests after confirming my late arrival is very disappointing and unprofessional."

"I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah."

"This hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours. Thank you for your service and we look forward to book again"

"We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla."

"The InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah is an excellent choice for anyone travelling to Madinah with worship in mind, who values being as close as possible to Masjid al-Nabawi, wants full service, and is willing to pay a premium for convenience and comfort. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the staff are strong, and the location is hard to beat. If, however, your stay is more about casual tourism or you’re budget-sensitive and willing to be a little further from the Haram, you might find better value elsewhere. But if proximity and spiritual atmosphere matter to you — this hotel definitely delivers."
