Better to overpay than to breathe.. I will say at once, almost the entire hotel was free, traveled outside the season. First we were settled in room C11 , the smell of the spleen, the mini-mini room, all old and a number of repair works. We went to the respiratory, asked to change the room, gave us E11, it looked much better) but an hour later, dogs came to us and they ended up with us for 3 days, they went out at night, chewed, scratched. In principle, coming to the room, we immediately understood, that not just the furniture was worn. On the trail of the day, right under our window, they set fire, we were breathing, all night sleeping in Gary, TC winding that smell was impossible, smelled everything, clothes, hair) well, And in the morning all the repair works were suddenly moved to our house ... We went to friends to the nearby silver send, I will tell you so, the difference is huge and the attitude to people is different ... so if you don't want to spoil the holiday, it is better to overpay a little.

very good location, less than 5 minutes walk from the pier, the observation point is next to the school, and you can walk to the beach, about 5 minutes too. Surrounded by facilities, restaurants, cafes around the accommodation, the accommodation is on the road, of course, it may not be suitable for people who like quiet. Because you will hear some cars, but the location Even if you are a woman and travel alone is convenient. Below the accommodation is a cafe with food and beverages. Good service, beaming, comfortable room, cool air, wifi and smart TV, netflix, youtube, overall worth the price paid. If there is a chance to come back and stay again

Nearly didn't make the journey due to ill health but thankfully the medication helped. The mini bus dropped us off at Ban Phe speedboat pier where they have staff guiding you across to their office desks and tempt you into buying return tickets for 400baht. I was more interested in getting the cheaper but slower boat. Read it should be around 60baht but was quoted 150 at the speedboat desk. Behind this pier is another pier for the slow boat, a 5 min walk. Went to their office at around 16:00 and was told the 17:00 was 120baht. However, due to lack of customers it might not go. Just booked one way speedboat for 200baht. Upon arrival at Na Dan pier, a sign for slow boat going back said 60 or 70baht? At the pier you also have to pay National Park fee of 200baht per person ( farang price.) Songtheows wait to take you to various places but they are not cheap! Samed Thanee is only just over a km away and 100baht per person. First impressions of rooms were reasonably good. Clean, fridge, decent air con and OK shower. Basic but expected. Some bits need attention in the bathroom, loose tiles etc but for what we paid it was reasonable. Our room was at the back away from the road so nice and quiet. Bring mozzie repellant! Breakfast was included. Choice of either USA style = fried eggs, toast, ham and hot dog sausage or rice soup with meat. Also coffee and juice. It was good for us. Location is not the best, a good 2kms from the main town = 30 min walk along a narrow winding road . Recommend you hire a bike from the hotel owner - only if you can ride a bike as part of the road is bumpy. We know a guy who wrecked his bike when he was returning late and with alcohol. Hotel owner is trustworthy. We were warned by another tourist passing by not to rent from someone further up the road. Most Islanders seem to charge the same 300 baht fixed rate which is quite a bit more than the mainland but includes ⛽. Or 100baht per hour. One place by the pier offered us 3 days for 850baht but we preferred to pay full price at Samed Thanee. The Island is only around 6kms long so you can cover it in one day. The roads are not wide in places and lots of speedbumps but manageable. Read reviews that there was a litter problem but just having left Koh Lipe - which was shocking- this was nowhere near as bad. Koh Samed beaches are lovely. Our favourite was on the West Coast but too quiet to stay there for us.

I have to say that I didn't stay here. But will review the restaurant here for you Because here he has a restaurant as well in front of the beach by the sea. Thai food here is very delicious, spicy, very pleasing, a lot of worth the price, delicious cocktails, good service staff. Good view, great atmosphere The restaurant is located at Sai Kaew Beach, the sandy beach is very beautiful.

1. The location is not close to the seaside, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk there. It also takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the pier. 2. The scenery is average, facing other residential buildings. 3. It is not a 24-hour front desk, and there is no one after 6 o'clock. 4. The air conditioner in my room was broken on the first night and water overflowed. Fortunately, the bed was moved to the other side. I called workers to repair it the next day and said it was dirty because it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. 5. The large rooms on the first floor look better, but the rooms on the second floor are very economical.

The room was clean, smelled nice. Good bed and pillows, clean linens and towels. We are not picky about hotels, but this was good value for money.
