The boss is very enthusiastic. The small traditional Thai-style bungalow in the garden is clean and well-equipped. It is also very quiet at night. The location is very good. It is less than ten minutes' walk to Lamai Beach. There are many restaurants and bars around. It is cheap and good value.

Check in was a joke.
Check out time is 12 noon check-in time 2 pm I arrive at 2:15 pm. and told I’ll have to wait 1 1/2 hours for my room. I’m the only one checking in. They said 10 people checked out today and there short staffed, even if they all checked out at the last minute, 12 noon, it doesn’t take three and three-quarter hours to clean one room. As I was the only person checking in.

Anil was great, very friendly and good service. Started with the satay chicken skewers which were very tasty and had the massaman beef for mains, also very tasty and was a nice big portion. Did not leave hungry. Would definitely recommend eating at Baan Lamai 👍

This hotel is amazingly beautiful. Rooms good size staff are very helpful, great outside and very spacious.. bed is very comfy. Beautiful coffee shop next doir, excellent facilities, across road was the beach. thing which was a major down side to anyone who wanted company, they charged 1000bht per night, even though if u booked for two people. So be careful. They informed me of this on arrival as a new policy and wanted me to sign piece of paper, which also included a 300 bht if u lost your key card. Amazingly the policy started the next day.. apart from this great location. Could not fault anything else.

Located opposite the beach, this vast restaurant, largely open to the sky, is a great success. The welcome is smiling and professional, as is the service. Good atmosphere. Nice bar. Excellent cocktails. Thai and western cuisine. We had spaghetti bolognese for one, carbonara for the other. No complaints about the preparation. The cooking that we had requested al dente was perfect. On the other hand, the portions are frankly not suitable for large appetites… The prices are logically higher near the beach but remain correct.

Het resort is prachtig; het heeft een geweldig mooi schoon zwembad en een goed restaurant. En zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! De hotelkamers zijn wat kaal maar voldoende uitgerust met wat je nodig hebt. Helaas adviseer ik iedereen om waardevolle spullen goed op te bergen, mijn dochter had in te goed vertrouwen haar mooie ketting naast de wasbak gelegd en deze was na het schoonmaken van de kamer verdwenen ....

Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Service mäsig. kellner stehen neben Tisch bis man bestellt...ist man zu zweit und einer fertig wird sein geschirr gleich abgeräumt...selbst wenn man gerade den bissen noch kaut...kleine Portion gegen hohen Preis....Speisequalität varriiert..Besuch enttäuschend trotz schöner Lokalität
