Six Senses Samui

Congwong Beach Koh Samui|0.52km from Villa Tasanee
Six Senses Samui is everything I could have hoped for and more. We were lucky enough to stay in a Hideaway Pool Villa - an absolutely gorgeous huge room with an amazing bathroom and an outdoor shower. The villa has its own private pool with sun-loungers and outdoor lounge seating and is absolutely spectacular. I had the opportunity to see a couple of the other pool villas and the ocean view suites really are exceptional with either sunrise or sunset views. The infinity pool is stunning and has far reaching ocean views. Drink and food service by the pool is fantastic with a lovely menu. Drift is Six Senses Samui’s beach club. With a pool, bar and the most comfortable loungers and seating imaginable. There was never an issue finding a lounger either at the pool or down on the beach. Drift Bar has a livelier atmosphere than the serene infinity pool and is a great place for lunch or afternoon cocktails at Happy Hour. Dining on the Hill is wonderful for breakfast - a fantastic selection on both the buffet and a La carte menu. Dinner was fantastic - a great selection of both Thai and Western food and I’d highly recommend booking Half Board. The resort is so beautiful at night as well with all the lights twinkling. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at Dining on the Rocks but heard that it was a very special experience. The staff at Six Senses are all lovely. Each Villa is assigned a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Beth. Beth made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and friendly - he really is a credit to Six Senses and made our stay even more wonderful. Although you can walk around the resort and take in the views, when the heat becomes too much for the hills and steps, buggy’s are readily available to transport you around. Despite the size of the resort it somehow still retains an intimate feel. Despite feeling totally secluded in Paradise, Six Senses is only a 15 minute taxi journey from Samui Airport as well as The Fisherman’s Village which is well worth a visit - we loved the Fire Show at Coco Tams as recommended by Beth our GEM. Sustainability is clearly very important to Six Senses and it’s great not to see plastic anywhere at the resort. Six Senses Samui is the perfect destination for couples and families - there are plenty of activities available for children and adults alike if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views!

Consistent with the picture, the environment is beautiful, the entrance to a swimming pool, the living room, the open kitchen, a double bed room, a public bathroom, a total of 3 rooms on the second floor, one of which is a double bed Large room space, simple and comfortable It takes less than 5 minutes from the villa to the beach, and walking up the mountain is Six Senses. The sea is beautiful from the villa, but it is not suitable for swimming because there are a lot of sand and stones near the sea, and there are many seaweeds on the water. When staying in the hotel, the housekeeper JUM came to introduce the facilities in the villa. During the few days we stayed, she helped to solve many problems, ordering food for us, ordering takeaway, and calling a car. Will stay again next time

I like the territory of the hotel: clean, tidy, with fruit trees and green spaces. For this, I pay my respects to the hotel gardener! I like the ”private pool” opposite Villa 607. The breakfast was crumpled: on March 26, I had only one day of buffet during my hotel. Then delete it and provide a la carte service until I leave on April 1. On the last day of the rest, the table was cleared, and I had to pull the dirty table out of the pile and eat it alone. I paid for the accommodation for 2 breakfasts, but it didn't seem to matter. In other words, there is no frills...I don't like their impatience to send me out of the hotel on April 1st. They don't have enough patience-how often do I have to clean... the girl at the reception really wants this. This attitude has had a negative impact on Thailand's hospitality!

The rooms are very bright and spacious, and some rooms have Buddha statues on their balconies. There is a rich and delicious breakfast every day, made on site, with balanced nutrition. There is an independent swimming pool outside the room, where you can have breakfast. Every morning we can see two diligent waiters busy preparing breakfast for us and cleaning the room. As soon as you arrive in the room, you will be greeted by coconuts🥥. The housekeeper Jean was really all-around and provided meticulous care and service, which made us have a pleasant holiday. Looking forward to going there next time

Stayed here for three days, the hotel breakfast is OK, on the beach side, the variety is not much, the service is not bad. The hotel has no entertainment except the pool. Due to the order placed in Ctrip, the hotel only used one order for three days. So the hotel always told me to repeat the payment. The hotel duty manager is very responsible and has been checking the order with me. Finally, Ctrip has refunded my advance payment. I want to talk to the manager when I check out, but he didn't go to work that day. You have to call the car in and out, about half an hour from Chaweng.
