We visited Kouros Pallas last September. When we entered the reception we were greeted with huge smiles. After checking in, we were taken to the room on a golf cart, which was fun. Our room had an incredible ocean view. Everything is very clean. From the room to the banquet hall. My daughter doesn't want to go. The service staff always have a smile on their face and are in a happy mood. Always wanting to help and serve. We will visit Kuros Palace again. thank you all.

I have to dedicate this review to the fantastic entertainment crew! Without them my holiday would not of been as great. Memories that will last a life time. Good activities throughout the day at the hotel and outside the hotel. From island tours, to just having a general chat over food and a drink. They honestly go the extra mile to accommodate you and they’re there to have just as much fun as you which makes it even better! I can’t thank them enough for also sorting things out so last minute!!!!!! They really do go the full mile and way beyond. I couldn’t have asked for better entertainers and I would definitely come back here to do it all over again with them and more. I really do hope to cross paths again in the future. They also personalise things for you as an individual and really do accommodate all of your needs and more. I felt so comfortable, included and safe with them around the island and they are genuine people who are there to actually help you in every way they can (not taking advantage of your money). They recommend what they think is best and really gave us some good recommendations and tips and tricks throughout the holiday. I can’t express the maximum effort that has gone in to make our holiday 5*. They don’t just do the entertainment themselves they spend a lot of time organising live performances for you to Enjoy every evening. They provide you with so much information you don’t even need to search any yourself. I definitely crown them for making your holiday easy and stress free. Again, thank you so much :)

Yesterday we returned home after a week at Kouros Palace Hotel. My first impression of the hotel was not very good, but over the days my opinion changed. We booked all-inclusive but not everything is included, there is a menu in the bars with drinks and cocktails included and those that are not and of course you have to pay extra. The option for all-inclusive drinks is quite limited. The food is well prepared and there are always different options. The hotel in general is well kept and clean. The gardens are beautiful and the pools are very clean. The entertainment is good but they could improve it especially in the day. The staff is very friendly. Above all I would like to highlight the service received by Aaron, that guy is excellent and very genuine. Thanks Aaron for everything you did for us. Also Lucia at the Reception, Lydia at the beach bar and the girl from Athens, I don't remember her name. Thank you all very much. We hope to return to Greece in the future.

I am a solo traveller to another country and I am blown away by the kindness and compassion the people here have. My room is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and just perfect, a 30 second walk from the pool! The pool is stunning. Gorgeous to have a dip and cool down. Plenty of loungers and none of that silly rush to get one type thing here! The food, 10/10! Loads of choice and the flavours and tastes are amazing. The pastas and sauces are just out of this world, not forgetting the salads and cheeses!!! The beach is, at most a ten minute walk away. And there’s a bar there and plenty of loungers. They also offer a massage service where you can pay for a full or partial body massage to unwind. The staff here work so hard. I’m really speechless with how hard to be honest. I’ve come here all inclusive so I can stay safe in one place and I’ve never felt so safe and cared for. Thankyou so much for having me. I will defo be back… hopefully bring my Mum next time ❤️ x

So, second visit to this place this year, brought my Mum this time! What can I say? Genuinely faultless. The food, fresh, loads to choose from. People go out their way to help you. Christos for one, absolutely excellent manager. Kind and caring. The kitchen is spotless and the choice of food is amazing. The room, clean, perfect! It was my birthday and they put a bottle of fizz in our room and the most beautiful note. I feel humbled with how I’ve been treated. Last time I came on my own and this time with my Mum and honestly I’ll be back next year! Aaron, what a friendly lovely man. Will do anything for you. You guys have all touched my heart. A huge huge THANKYOU to you all xxxxxx 😆❤️

I spent four days at the The Kouros Palace and had a lovely stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The grounds were well kept and tidy. My room was spacious and clean. Nice large patio/balcony. The 2 pool areas were lovely. Although the pool water was freezing! I understand it is expensive to heat such large pools but if they could be warmed up a bit it would be a nicer experience for guests. The one pool plays load music all day so I was thankful the second pool didn't as it was a more relaxing vibe. The food was ok. I've been to several all inclusive resorts and the food was not the worst I've had but not the best. I really enjoyed the mussel and salads at dinner, pancakes and coffee in the mornings were good! It would be nice if they served real orange juice not a sugary orange coloured drink. I recommend the Kouros *****ni on the roof top bar! My room was spacious and clean. The bed was not comfortable. Too firm for my liking. The pillows were also lumpy and hard but staff quickly replaced them upon my request. That was much appreciated! Overall I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Not to be harsh or too critical but I would just like to note this is not a Luxury hotel...The Savoy is a luxury hotel. I wasn't expecting it too be and in all fairness I believe I got good value for money for my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 9 nights and wow! The Food is lovely, a la carte was beautiful, buffet was wonderful and the beach bar did the best gyros! Buffet: I understand what people mean about the same thing each time however isn’t that what happens at an all inclusive hotel? They did different themes each night to change it up a little bit. I personally could never get bored of the fantastic salad selection they had. Drinks: the drinks were great to however juice tasted quite watered down. Be careful as the bar staff are ever so generous they don’t portion the alcohol correctly so after 1 drink you are basically on the floor LOL I had to remind the lovely girls at the bar and tell them went to stop on the gin! Bless them though! They were so lovely as for the lovely lady who works down at the beach bar! I probably thought the girls didn’t portion the alcohol correctly because the UK are so stingy when it comes to their single and doubles I’m not used to getting quadruples lol! The staff are super lovely and go above and beyond for you. Everyone has a smiley face and is super welcoming! We were able to book a few trips through our hotel. 3 island boat trip €40 and the coach to kos town €10 return . Highly recommend these trips! We really wanted to do the jeep trip but sadly ran out of money. They had some other trips available to which was the volcano trip and the bodrum one. All of the trips that the hotel advertises includes transfer to and from your hotel which I thought was great! You will find these on the reception desk or on the corner of reception. The entertainment was not too bad, I have seen better at other hotels but the animation team always went above and beyond! They often got my partner out of my hair when they encouraged him to join in on water polo, table tennis and darts. We loved the Latin dance and fire night. Me and my partner loved sitting outside at the bar having a drink, playing cards, watching the sun set and watching the planes fly over ahead. The planes flying over did not happen a lot so I am unsure why some of these comments below are stating they do. The toilets were also super clean constantly! You only get 2 bottles of water during your stay but you are able to go to the bar staff and they will fill it back up for you. Me and my partner just went to the shop next door bought a load of big bottles and kept filling them up all holiday. The shop next door is very handy! It had all things you could possibly need including toiletries so if you’ve accidentally left your tampons/pads at home and you’ve come unstuck….don’t worry ladies…..this shop has got you covered! The negative I have is the location, the hotel is quite remote however me and my partner didn’t mind this as we went away just wanting to relax. As we had already done the kos town trip we felt we had got what we needed from it but if you are the type of person that likes to travel out of the complex all of the time then this probably isn’t the plac
