The room is small. 2 Single beds are just next to each other. For me it's OK as I am traveling for business. Strategic location with multiple attractions just around that area.Supplied Essential amenities

Very clean and warm feeing family room, suitable for a family with a kid travelling at KK area. This hotel is near the Center Point Shopping Centre. With walking distance around 5 to 8 minutes you can reach the shopping mall. The other shopping mall Imago KK is also not far away from this hotel, can get a grab car and within around 10 minutes with the driving distance. The hotel also provides the breakfast option. The breakfast is quite a variety, mostly Malaysian food can be found on the breakfast menu.

Hotel was more luxurious than expected. Tv especially working great compared to other budget hotels. The location is great, can walk or get to other parts of Kota Kinabalu easily.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Parking was super easy and convenient, even when arriving late. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for both short and long stays. The TV had movie options, which made relaxing even better. The location is great, with easy access to the city center and nearby malls. Despite being close to town, the environment was peaceful and quiet, away from the city noise. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu is a clean and neat hotel for staying. The location is convenient, and the room rate is reasonable. This is not our first time to stay. We'll consider it for our next trip in Kota Kinabalu.

Very nice room that has been recently refurbished. I like the view from my room on 11 th floor the staff at reception are very helpful espcially mr sabree.

This is my 3rd time staying with Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu after their renovation. The room is bright with good ambience and the security of room is there with floor access only with room card. Definitely worth the pay!
