Excellent property..we always were in doubt whether to go for leela or taj. Property wise taj is best, has both backwaters and beach coverage. Family friendly, good hospitality, took care of our kids completely. Mr. Vinpugal was very helpful.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

Had the best time at Taj Green Cove with my wife and kids.. I have stayed at ***y Taj Properties and the service and tajness has always been impeccable but the service and hospitality at Green Cove is at another level all together. From the security guards at the entrance all the way to the top the service and warmth we got was out of this world. Special thanks to Vinugopal, Sreejith, Anant (F&B), Clinton (Service), Munish (Chef), Shadab and to the main *** Suku for all the surprises and making our stay very memorable. Will definitely go back soon.

Property needs an upgrade a revamp, needs to redo their interiors and also update the staff's sensitivity to guest. Overall a good experience, but expected much more from Taj This rating is a comparison between our vista in 2013, 2015 & 2024, where much is same and needs revamp

Fantastic hotel, staff, food and overall experience great. We spent 4 day’s relaxing after a 2 week trip around India. This was perfect. Staff always very helpful, room was kept well stocked and some lovely experiences eg sunset with snacks on the lawn. Bait restaurant was amazing
