Honestly, choose this hotel if you’d like to have a pee stained pillow, and heavy thudding from the storage that would make your whole room walls feel like a most unpleasant earthquake. Guests are dumping their whole flat stuff in front of the hotel door. The hotel is more like a bar filled with plenty of drunkard from the U.K. The receptionists are providing you with wrong details. They are good at misplacing your left behind things. On the second day, multiple incidents like drunk people making an issue, and people with huge mental issues leaving their massive amount of house stuff in front of the hotel door, and broken glass just on the floor.

Located on the outskirts of Krakow city center. The tram stop is nearby, so public transportation is convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is also convenient.

The hotel environment is very good, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the restaurant downstairs is also good. The breakfast is average and there are not many things. There is also an Aldi, not far from the tram station, and it takes more than ten minutes to go to the old town.

This is the third time I've been here. The Wi-Fi network was broken during the first two days of our stay. After reporting it to the front desk a few times, it improved a little. Other services are still as good as before. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days. There is an Aldi nearby, a large Carrefour, and it is the terminal for many trams. The breakfast also has a rich variety.

The room was great, the room was clean, everything you need for your stay was there. The hotel staff is friendly, clean and a big plus for me is that they speak English (I don't speak Polish)

Except that the WiFi is always disconnected and the location is a bit far, everything else is good. It is a quasi-five-star standard in China, the room is big enough, and it has everything you need, such as a hardware safe and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with just the right softness and hardness.
