Hotel Driloni

This hotel could be so much better. The infrastructure is there. But there was a real absence in any management & any attention to detail on customer service. The welcome was mute, but accommodating, but without a smile or any warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious, but felt sterile with the absence of any pictures on the white walls. The carpet felt cheap synthetic and had do burnt iron marks in it that could have at least been covered with a rug. The room had a balcony looking over the pool, but unfortunately beyond that a go car track carrying the same name as the hotel that created noise, not just from the karts but from the blaring music they played. The pool was open on our first day and we used it having drinks served to us whilst we were there. For some inexplicable reason and to our dismay we got up the 2nd day to discover it been drained. The sun louungers already removed. We couldn’t get a response either verbally or in writing from the hotel. We had checked just after booking and they indicated it would be open during our stay as it said seasonal. They said it may be at additional cost as the pool was run by a separate entity, but it carried their name & their staff served us drinks by it for the day it was open. The hotel was empty with tourism seemingly dropping off a cliff when schools reopen. The breakfast - the same every morning- was at best described as interesting. No choice just served up to you played everyday together with a glass of milk. Definitely 1 to stay clear of until they improve

Great little hotel in the heart of Ksamil, extremely clean and modern, comfy beds, gorgeous showers, fab air con, big balconies, well stocked bar, plenty for breakfast. Owner speaks good English and was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for a short stay (no pool but v close to beaches) can’t fault it at all!!
