The hotel is new to the hotel scene, and i enjoyed my stay with this new family from IHG. Will certainly look forward to staying again. I am also IHG member, hope one fine day the stay can be converted into IHG points too.

This is a fairly new hotel in town. We stayed two nights at the suite and the interior design of the suite is beautifully decorated. I had a technician come at midnight on our first night’s stay due to the standing light and the hot water issue in the bathroom. He helped reset the system for the standing light and readjust the temperature of hot water. It solved my reading problem before bed and a hot bath was made possible. However, the team at the breakfast needs to be trained properly. We didn’t know we should order our hot served food at the table and we went straight to the food station to place our orders. For that, the order became confusing and long waited. A staff accidentally bumped to a tall chair which was next to our table and created a chaos. The manager came to her aid and apologized profusely to us on behalf of her. You can tell that the manager was performing his duty well but the staff walked away without any apologies. Well, though it’s a new hotel, the breakfast team should have gone through more vigorous training and preparation for food. It’s not an ethical excuse for hospitality. Another kind note for those driving in, only 13 parking lots are available in the basement, and it’s for valet parking only.

Service and staff is excellent speacially Rome.
Very accomodating. We arrive noon and allow us to check in early. Hotel location is good and very near at KL tower. As for breakfast not bad. Gym and Swimming pool has good view of the tower. We got refreshment and towel upon arrival.

Sounds funny when you're paying for almost RM700 per night but there is no toiletries provided in the room. I have asked the receptionist during checkout and yes they said toiletries will be given upon request. Then why no one told me during check in time? Poor PR also. I guess there is no harm to provide some complimentary decoration or at least some desserts with "happy anniversary & pls enjoy your stay with us" like most of the hotel did when their guest emailed them before check in. New hotel but yeah don't know what missing 😌

Loved the design of the interiors both in our room and in the common area of the hotel.
Even tho our rooms was nice and the hotel is newly opened, we had various issues with power sockets (3 not working) and TVs , both in the room and living room not functioning.
We asked for maintenance and they fixed it but still was troublesome to call etc… considering also our was a short stay was quite a mood turn off.
Staff is very helpful but, in my opinion, a bit inexperienced and don’t know how to manage certain queries/circumstances. (Example: we tried to book a taxi with the front desk, the responses we got were so confusing that we decided to get a grab ourself)
We tried to order a croissant and coffe for breakfast by calling the front desk . They were not able to assist us as they didn’t know what a croissant is.
I would come back as we really liked the room and the location , hoping that the quality of the service will be better next time .

Super beautifully done hotel with great views and amenities. Location is a bit inaccessible to walk to town but good for client who wants peace and quiet from the busy town side. Service generally good but COULD BE BETTER on how they handle clients properly. This hotel would be really great for couples and family too.

Entrance currently under maintenance, so guest need to use lower ground valet access. Room size is small. New hotel, there’s a bar on 24th floor. Uphill walk to the hotel. Nice location KL city.

Good stay but at least could get more information when making up room came back second day then only the Recep told us that it was upon request. No information on the tv saying that too.
