I’m really frustrated. I already declared the number of guests and even paid extra for three beds, but we still ended up with only two beds. They wouldn’t refund, wouldn’t process any return, and just told me to check in first and they would “sort it out later.” In the end, nothing was resolved at all… fxxk🤬
And there’s no sofa in the room, only chairs. Honestly, this hotel is really disappointing.
I travel around the world frequently and stay in all kinds of hotels, so I definitely know the difference between a super king and a double bed. This is honestly the first time I’ve encountered such a ridiculous hotel, and they still insisted on arguing with me. Fxxk🤬🤬🤬
⚠️🤮The hotel is totally not worth the price.

An average select hotel (under marriot bonvoy) but with kids friendly hotel. Direct pool access gives the kids unlimited access to the pool facilities. The breakfas & hi-tea buffet spreads at the mesh were tasty but the nitro cold-brew spanish latte was one of the worst coffee taste😅

A very nice hotel near KLCC, it is just 5-10mins to KLCC shopping mall. It is very convenient. the hotel facilities are the best in KL so far, The pool are big with multiples slide.The dry playground and a toddler indoor playground are good too. The only down side is the pool can be too cold if the weather has no sun light. Overall, We are very enjoyed the stay at Four Point. Maybe enhance the pool but heater it up? that would bring much more joy for the children and adults 😊

酒店位置很好，離開雙子塔和亞羅街都很近，從餐廳也可以看到雙子塔。早餐豐盛，還有白粥和各類醬菜，服務也很棒。泳池很大，週末有很多家庭入住。

酒店開業2年，設施都很新，地理位置也不錯，出門左轉500米就是雙子塔，附近食店也很多。房間也乾淨整潔寬敞。窗外就是雙子塔。唯一做得不夠好的就是服務，從入門口到入房間就衹有接待Check in那個員工有簡單的交流（中文服務？沒有的），我入住了3晚，前後共4天，出出入入沒有一個員工會給我打招呼，在酒店出入就象一個透明人，幫你拿行李？絕對沒有，衹會眼光光看着你提着沉重的行李箱上梯級（沒有人指引我哪裡有小斜坡），所有酒店服務真的不行、不行、不行。四天三夜的服務體驗很差，最後打車走的時侯一個門僮幫我把行李箱搬上車，這就是我入住這家酒店的唯一温暖，感謝這位大哥🌹

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Center and had an excellent experience overall.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its impeccable cleanliness. The room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, well-sanitized surfaces, and a pristine bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining high standards throughout my stay. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, were equally well-maintained and tidy.
