"Celebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars"
