First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.

First, when we entered, the two towels used by the previous tenants were still hanging in the closet and the shared toilet in the room. Second, the tiles in the toilet looked unhygienic. Third, the bed frame in the master bedroom was dusty. Fourth, there was no parking space. We had to go out to park on the road or somewhere else. Since I had lived in the same apartment before, but with a different owner, the owner contacted us before we arrived and told us how to get the key, how to get in, and where to park. But this one told us that there was no parking in the apartment and we had to go out to park. This was very inconvenient for us because it was raining heavily and we had children. We also needed to take our luggage. It was really inconvenient to park outside and then walk in. It was not close. In the end, the guard let us park in the designated parking space in the apartment because there were so many of us and the children. Fifth, the hair dryer could not be used in the toilet because its socket was only for shavers. The hair dryer could not be plugged in. The curling iron 🔌 could not be used. the room is ok but no hot water for showering, it’s the second time I come and problem still not solving, (I feeling so sick for the 3 days I stay I won’t have a chance for self-caring ) and service is good last time, this time is bad when I leaving, the one stuff to meet me I believe he is in serious illness need to see the doctor since he coughing very hard, and I don’t understand the rule why I get my key around 3 pm but I need to paid extra fee for leaving around 1 pm the next day, it’s extremely unfair in Customer view.
