Luxury Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Hotel located in the KLCC area, quite convenient. I have high expectations about Mandarin Oriental. This one has disappointed me a bit: - rooms are dated - service is ok, but they don’t go extra miles - breakfast is fine, but not matching luxurious hotel standard  All in all is ok, but value for money is not great.

Good location located in the heart of KLCC next to Petronas tower, the room is normal standard for FS hotel not beyond. BF also nice they have western, Malay and Chinese food, Front desk also greeting and reminded our stayed record at others FS but not offer to upgrade the room🙂↕️

Was happy with the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Impressed with Mr Solihein from Horizon who went extra mile to take us to see the amazing view from top building and we create great memories with lots of photos taken. Since this is our first Raya without our mother, he had hearten our heart. . The friendly and helpful staffs from Horizon were there for every need of mine, and always available. It was a wonderful experience.
