I had a fantastic stay! The Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur City Centre boasts an excellent location in the heart of the Golden Triangle. It's within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, and a short Grab ride to Pavilion and Alor Street Night Market.
The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were new, with a modern and minimalist design. It was very clean and tidy, making for a great stay. The infinity pool on the rooftop offers stunning city views of the Twin Towers, perfect for photos. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and guests can use it for free.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, including local Malaysian specialties. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is convenient, with a convenience store nearby for easy access to water and snacks.
The hotel even provided a complimentary pizza 🍕, which was a generous 12-inch box! Enjoying pizza in the hotel room with air conditioning and TV was incredibly relaxing.
One small tip: Rooms facing the street can experience traffic noise, especially on weekends when there are many motorcycles. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a higher floor room facing away from the street during check-in. Although I made this request, I wasn't assigned a back-facing room. However, earplugs were thoughtfully placed on the nightstand, which could be useful if needed.
Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Guest UserThe hotel could've gotten all 5 stars except for:
- check in was late
- housekeeping was late
- no email received from the front office manager despite saying she would
Now with the pros, besides the all stars the room is of a thoughtful design, with lights at the right areas and switches very accessible, bathroom is spacious and of good layout, bed and pillows are comfy, peace and quiet (good soundproofing) and AC was just nice at the desired temperature. The 4 numbers of lifts are adequate to serve the big crowds. Swimming pool is tranqil and the steam/sauna are good facilities to relax.
The guards were very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast spread is delicious and fresh. Carpark is bright and felt safe
Btw thank you Mr Ben for the hospitality.

Guest UserGrand Millennium Kuala Lumpur: Super Convenient Choice in KL City Centre – My Review
My stay at the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur was excellent overall, making it a perfect choice for travellers who prioritize convenience, love shopping, and enjoy taking photos during their holidays!
📍 Superb Location
The hotel's location is definitely its biggest selling point, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, next door to Pavilion Mall! It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. After a night out, you can walk straight back to your room to relax without any hassle.
🏊♂️ Leisure Facilities & Outdoor Pool
The hotel's outdoor pool area is very pleasant, with clear water and even some greenery decorating the pool. Coupled with the surrounding high-rise views, it truly feels like an urban oasis! There are plenty of lounge chairs nearby, so taking a swim or sunbathing in the morning or afternoon is wonderfully relaxing.
🏨 Room View & Natural Light
The room was spacious and had excellent natural lighting! The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and offered an expansive view of the surrounding city architecture. The interior carpeting and decor feature a classic, elegant style, which looks great for photos.

Guest UserThe hotel's taxi service is very convenient, and its location is close to everything. The Indian staff member speaks basic Chinese. The 300 MYR deposit was returned on the spot after they checked the room. It's best to pay cash for a faster refund, as online refunds might take a few days. The room type itself is spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impressive; I walked barefoot without finding any dust. The rooftop pool is also beautiful, and there's a gym. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I felt completely reassured after my stay.

Ceci.TWe returned once again to Pullman having remembered the convenience of its location for city centre stay.
Just a short walk through the link bridge and you will be in pavilion and towards the whole Bukit Bintang all by foot since its famius for its heavy traffic jam especially on weekends.
The stay is lovely as usual, good size room and bed of course bonus is the tub available in room. Service team is polite and helpful with check-in and out a breeze.
Will return if we are looking for a city centre stay.

NHussinThe apartment is huge for us (especially my boy who can sleep.oh his own on the double bed). The amenities are complete from the tootbrush, slippers to towel. We entered the apartment with the room were already cool, its very clean with lots of space for the kids to relax on their own space..it's like you are in your own house. Equipped with swimming pool, and you can hear azan nearby too. Its also quiet at night which is bless in this big city.
Although we did not get the Twin Towers view, the view from up there were brilliant. We saw some place got the heavy rain, saw the Kampung Baru place and so much more. Foodpanda and other deliveries are good too, so no worries about the food :)
All in all, 5⭐️ for this apartment and services.

Guest UserThis hotel is great. After getting off the car, a Chinese-speaking staff member provided excellent service; he was very genuine. The room was spacious and quiet, and the in-room swimming pool was nice, though a bit cold when first getting in. There was a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk for check-in, and another slightly chubby English-speaking female receptionist was very polite. The viewing platform on the 51st floor is absolutely beautiful, but the infinity pool closes at 10 PM. It felt like we had just returned from Pavilion and barely had time to enjoy it before it closed. I suggest extending the opening hours, as seeing the Petronas Twin Towers at night really enhances the experience when you're on vacation. There's a place nearby where you can have a drink and a light meal, and the food is quite good, but it seems no one there speaks Chinese. In the evening, on the M or G floor (I forget which, it's where you bring luggage in from the parking area), there were three front desk gentlemen who were all very nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at The RuMa Hotel & Residences for a day if you're visiting Kuala Lumpur. After all, life is about experiencing good things, and with only about 30,000 days in a lifetime, every happy day counts, haha! 😄

This hotel boasts a prime downtown location with an old-world luxury charm. Next door, there's a traditional Michelin-starred restaurant offering great value. In the alley behind, you'll find the highly-rated Keng Kee restaurant, a local favorite. Across the street, a large shopping mall with a supermarket provides ultimate convenience. While there's a light rail station right outside, its connectivity isn't the best. However, the Dang Wangi MRT station, just a 10-minute walk away, is incredibly convenient – one stop south takes you to Merdeka Square, and two stops north will get you to the Petronas Towers!

Guest UserThis hotel room super big, is like a suite. Although the room quit old but the space had add a plus point.
But advice to consider renovate all rooms because it had a tiny cockroach running in the room. That’s not good.
Met an unfriendly security at the pool floor when we asked him how to walk to the pool, and double confirmed, he impatiently pointed to the direction & answer loudly. One bad service will ruin hotel reputation, so everyone regardless which department in hotel should receive good & firm training on good services.
Overall quite satisfied with Berkaya Time Square Hotel!
One more the hotel vege cafe is amazing 👍🏻 so great they create awareness of life protecting exercise, non-killing 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻
