She extended personal help to assist us to reach our elderly parents who were staying at a different level from us. Hotel room is very spacious and well maintained, though the walls are thin we can hear people speak next door. Easy to order food / shop online and driver arrive fast too. Parking is free as long as you redeem it at the reception. Adequate parking space. Overall comfortable hotel for a short stay and affordable price."

"Changed my preferred accommodation for my weekly meeting in KL to this place due to the Christmas hectic situation in my usual stay. Felt in love instantly. Serene. Easy to park. Close enough to shops and eateries. Spacious room. The room has good insulation as well. My neighbors mostly groups and families and the noises didn't penetrate my room. Lift was a bit hit and miss at block C. The receptionists were lovely both for morning and evening shifts.."

"It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. It was also nice that there was a night market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that you can also do late checkout by paying a little more (postpaid), so it was perfect."

"Booked this for a staycation with my little sister on Deepavali Eve so we can shop in Times Square area till midnight. I love how strategic the location is. just walking distance to times square. near to sahara tent. i love the hairdryer the most ! no joke ~ when i arrived, they said luckily we booked early. cause the hotel are overbooked already. lesson learnt , whenever you book a hotel during PH, kindly ensure to book early."

The location is first-rate, the hygiene is also very good, it is very new and large, there is no problem for a family of 4-5 people to live in it, there are complete cooking utensils, high-end washing machines and dryers, the boss is very good, responsive to every request, and responds promptly!
