"The room was very spacious and clean, and it even had a washing machine with a dryer, plus a cooking area. The fridge was also huge. You could see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the pool. Highly recommend!"

"The family suite is clean, spacious, and welcoming, with great amenities. However, our stay would have been more memorable if (1) housekeeping didn’t need to be reminded to carry out room service (we stayed four nights and the beds and sheets were only tidied once, after calling guest services) and (2) repair work was scheduled when guests were not in the room. The rooms are not exactly sound-proof (although tolerable) you can hear stomping sounds above you, guests speaking loudly along the corridor and loud door closing sounds. The saving grace is that the staff are polite, helpful, and responsive. The property is also just a stone’s throw away from the Bukit Bintang shopping cluster, which is a big plus."

"Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying here! The highlight has to be the stunning KLCC view, waking up and seeing the Petronas Twin Towers right from the window was just breathtaking. The room was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and smelled fresh from the moment I checked in. Every detail, from the crisp linens to the sparkling bathroom, showed how much effort the hosts put into keeping the place in top condition. The location is super convenient, close to everything and shopping areas, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and scenic stay in the heart of KL! "Great hotel in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. The infinity pool and gym offer beautiful views, and everything was very clean. We originally booked one night but ended up extending our stay for two more. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout."

"there were stains on the linens. no clear instructions whether if i should discard my own garbage, had to ask the customer service about it, if not i guess i would already have been charged from my deposit for not disposing my own garbage? clueless on where to get my grab and had to ask the front desk. front desk informed us to get from the back where the security is located at. the moment i finally got my food, the security guard downstairs were extremely rude, he asked for a picture, told him we didn’t get any picture from the grab, he insisted on having a picture which grab didn’t even provide. raise his voice on me questioning me by “u security ke i security?” he tried to snatch my access card acting as he is a police wanting to bring me to the front desk, i stop him by saying u shouldn’t be snatching anything from my hand. he asked me to fill up my details by thn i was already angry, but i still said ok, he was saying something else on his own mother tongue which leads to my dissatisfaction, assuming he is scolding me in his mother tongue. i told him “don’t try to scold me in ur own language” he immediately kept quiet. i still proceed to write my details for him, and told him to watch his language. he looks aggressive trying to pick a fight. ofc he wasn’t dress appropriately as well having the first button not button up leading to look like a ********. long awaiting time for flight due to the delay, drove all the way from airport and this is what i get 🥱"

"A wonderful hotel! The best rooftop pool in all of Kualumpur! A truly Instagrammable spot. And the rooms are simply wow! I didn't even expect this; only Arab sheikhs would live in such luxurious apartments! Everything is clean, tidy, and spacious! It looks incredibly expensive and luxurious; I'm thrilled! The service is excellent, too; the manager is very polite and always available, promptly resolving any issues. We had issues with the outlets, as they weren't suitable for Russian plugs, so the manager even offered to buy an adapter. They also helped with luggage storage. Overall, the hotel and service are fully worthy of a 5-star rating."

"Nice and clean hotel. Just above sunway putra mall. Easily accessible to mall. And near by LRT Station , so wont hav problem to go else where that reachable by LRT ststion. Very easy and quick to check in (maybe no many people during my check in) . And friendly front counter staff. Didn't provided complimentary parking . You need to pay RM 13 ringgit with multiple entry. Didn't try they breakfast buffet. You able to check out with just key drop."

Parking was super easy and came with a minimal charge, which is a big plus in KL. The unit itself was clean and practical. It had one king bed and one queen bed, perfect for a small family. We also really appreciated the washing machine + dryer combo — super convenient for longer stays or after a long day exploring the city. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals, and the building facilities were solid. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the gym had everything needed for a quick workout. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay. Would definitely recommend for weekday trips or short getaways in KL!"
