At that time, I was sitting in the FACE lobby trying to unsubscribe from the hotel because I booked 2 rooms and didn't want to have a bad experience, but the hotel immediately refused. . At this time, I realized that something was not right. I had to check in. We were afraid that the deposit would be deducted. The room was kept neatly and not messed up. After staying for two days, we were still told that we had smoked in the room when we checked out. They also spoke some unintelligible language and we asked for evidence, but they took out the photo of the cigarette box I discarded in the room and forced them to say that we smoked. In the second room, my companion chewed betel nut and fell to the ground. He also said that smoking has strong smoke. We were speechless after hearing this, and then they ignored us at the front desk and continued to check in other guests. They ignored us when we approached them, and then threatened to call the security or call the police if we did this again. I asked Ctrip to discuss the matter. Ah, Ctrip is also very helpless. The hotel firmly refuses to refund the deposit (I felt something was wrong when I applied for a deposit of MYR 500 for a room when I checked in). Really, it’s terrible and disgusting. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel sheets. There are also black scum and ****. Please avoid this trap. I seriously comment because I am afraid that my compatriots will be bullied by these unscrupulous businessmen with dark psychology overseas. The face of that bastard wearing a turban really disgusts me... You must not book this hotel, otherwise you will really be bullied to death!

Except for the swimming pool view, it is worth admiring. First of all, there are so many people checking in at 7pm. Secondly, all items in the room will not be refilled when cleaning. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Petronas Towers. 

The location is very convenient, only a ten-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. There are three convenience stores downstairs. The rooftop infinity pool has a unique view. The room is large and the hotel service attitude is very good.

This hotel is a third party (understood as Deface outsourcing some rooms). I don’t know if the rooms are the same as Deface’s own, and the location of the room cannot see the Petronas Twin Towers at all. There is only one trash can in the toilet in the whole room Then there is a fine of MYR 500 for throwing garbage outside the trash can. Penalty for lost room card is MYR 300 You have to pay a deposit of MYR 500 before moving in. After checking out, I had to wait for a long time for him to check the room. After waiting for fifteen minutes, he took a close-up photo of me and said that there were little yellow dots on my bed and wanted to deduct money 😂 If you take a panoramic view, I will admit it, right? Who are you fooling by taking a close-up shot? Seeing that I have a tough attitude and I’m a local, he quickly said he wouldn’t deduct my money🤣🤣🤣 The most outrageous thing is that when I renewed my room offline, I was told that the price was 400 MYR that night. The next morning, I was told that the system did not record it yesterday. The current price is 450 MYR and I was asked to pay 50🤣. Did your own employee make an operation mistake and ask me to foot the bill? 😂 As for the environment of the outdoor swimming pool, please take a look at the picture. To sum it up, it’s really a waste of money to seek punishment.
