YMCA's location is superb. Situated opposite the KL Sentral hub. Very convenient to use the various public transportation to various tourist spots in KL.

The room is old, the carpet is dilapidated, the facilities are average, the water pipes are running around, the door is a hollow door, and there is no sound insulation.
However, the price is worthy of the audience.

First of all avoid the restaurant.. had fried noodle the oil they use is known as drain oil . Other words dirty . It was putrid the taste
As for the hostel, it was very run down but the staff simply the best ..lovely people

We had 3nights at this amazing palace. V central easy walk to central station. Of course it’s basic, but v clean, air-con & private bath £14 for twin bedded en suite room & so friendly. Cute cafe restaurant on site run by a lovely local lady who always smiles. V helpful & friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.
