It has been second times I stayed here.. Never complain. The location is strategic they have convinient store in the lobby. Everything is perfect.

Great place for a longer stay! About 15 minutes’ walk to Petronas Towers and close to the subway. Fully equipped like an apartment — washing machine, water filter, all amenities, and a nice balcony. Abu Hanif was incredibly kind and helpful — check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, even in the early morning. Truly made my trip more comfortable

The service and check-in process was very good after communicating that I had arrived. The studio, of course was quite spacious and included a cooktop and washing machine. The view was blocked by another hotel and the bathroom style is quite old, possibly needing renovation. The upstairs pool was a highlight and it’s only photo I took of the apartment

Amazing host, responsive and caring. The apartment was clean and tidy when I arrived. Everything worked properly and the utilities were well thought. The location was excellent. I will definitely recommend and book again in my visits to KL. Unfortunately i did not take any photos from the room, but the information was not misleading. Thank you.

very disappointing with having to pay for parking in the middle of the city, noise and check-in management for me was very difficult... the water heater was broken

Easy access to KLCC. Fast check in and check out. Will add this place to one of my favorites in KL

Overall okay..the room that i get was very nice but the only need to be improve when check out time. The staff late respond but overall okay

the room is ok but no hot water for showering, it’s the second time I come and problem still not solving, (I feeling so sick for the 3 days I stay I won’t have a chance for self-caring ) and service is good last time, this time is bad when I leaving, the one stuff to meet me I believe he is in serious illness need to see the doctor since he coughing very hard, and I don’t understand the rule why I get my key around 3 pm but I need to paid extra fee for leaving around 1 pm the next day, it’s extremely unfair in Customer view. Btw no home cleaning each day you move in 😅 房间还可以，但没有热水洗澡，这是我第二次来，问题仍然没有解决， (我住了3天感觉很不舒服)，上次服务很好，这次我离开时那个人很糟糕，我相信他病得很重，需要去看医生，因为他咳嗽得很厉害，（因为最近有新闻有知名明星因为流感死了）我不明白为什么我在下午3点左右拿到钥匙，但我需要在1点左右离开时支付额外费用在第二天下午，在客户看来，这是非常不公平的。顺便说一句，你搬进来的每一天都不打扫房子 我也不知道是要我主动要求什么的 反正没人问
