OYO 89717 Budget Star Hotel

Its a budjet hotel what can you expect? But its too horrible. I can find other hotels the same price but better rooms & service.Sheer bed sheets you can see all the stains & hairs on the bed. My body was itching .Dirty beds ,smelly room,noisy surrondings. I have to book another hotel because not comfortable at all. I requested for refund it took 4 days until today 17/12/22 have no news from Trip.com :(

Just for budget, you can't expect much. Inside of room there're 3 cockroaches...And if you continually living, they won't clean your room daily.. But this price I have to say it's ok.

Economy and budget and clean

The bed is so smelly and we found some bedbugs. Very noisy at night due to the night club and Karaoke to 4am. Very noisy early in the morning by 7am which the Hindu temple playing the music so loud. How can we sleep??? Just wasted your money to pay for the stupid noise !!!!!! Unbelievable 😢😢😢

There's a karaoke bar right below the hotel, I can hear them singing terribly till 2 am in the morning (My room is on the 5th floor). It was very cheap and no complaints. The aircon is powerful and the room is clean. The bed is a little stained but no bedbugs still can sleep through the morning. Thanks to the reception uncle give me the room even though it was last minute booking. You need to pay an RM50 deposit upon check-in. There are a lot of eateries, LRT, 7-11, and a family mart within walking distance.

The hotel is situated in a quite strategic area. There are shops nearby like kk mart, and 7e. There is a chinese restaurant and a karaoke place just beside the hotel, and if your room is on the 2nd floor, u might be disturbed by the noises. The hotels.provide you with 2 soaps and towels which is basic. There is also water heater in the room. Water filter is also available. All in all, it's a okay budget hotel.
