After booking and paying for this hotel via trip.com, I was still asked to pay cash during check in At The hotel by The receptionist. When I informed The receptionist that I have paid for The Room online and showed them The payment proof, they Ask me to cancel my trip.com booking and pay them instead Which i can’t because if i cancel The booking in trip.com, i wont be able to Ask for Any refund (as per The T&C). So i have to call Up trip.com and settle this issue Which took Almost an hour plus to get it sorted. And when i got The hotel keys and checked into The Room, I was not given 2 towels even though i have stated 2 guest in 1 room. When called The receptionist again to clarify this issue, i was told that there is no towel available tonight ( Whhattt??). Moving forward is that the Room that I was given comes without Any comforter. They provide us with another bedsheet as a replacement of the comforter. All in all, I dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as I think I could have stayed in a better place with cheaper rates or Almost same rate that i have paid for this hotel. Yucks…
