I would come again for the services here..i forgot to cleared my toiletries in the toilet when checked out..called to ask for lost and found, they kept my things safely..i am so much grateful for their services..however, it took 1-2minutes for them to pick up their phone..i got cut off 3 times before i get to talk to the respective person regarding my lost and found..as hospitality requirements to picked up phone at 3 rings call, they didn't apply it..nevertheless, it was a great stay..thank u so much maya..will definitely come back

Location wise it is not very close to Makan places. The apartment is rather spacious and cleaning is up to the standard. Checkiin and checkout counter is quite packed and need to queue for a whole. There is a lady at the counter but she seem to be supervising the staff only and would not even lend a hand when the queue is long. The allocation of parking lot is to specific lot so even if there are empty lots at lower decks, one still need to drive up to higher deck to the designated lot.

Excellent Stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Kuala Lumpur, and I must say it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Location & Accessibility The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It’s close to major attractions like Pavilion KL, KL Tower, and Petronas Twin Towers, with easy access to public transportation. Rooms & Comfort The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the city view from the window was stunning. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Dining Experience The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including local Malaysian dishes and international favorites. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of healthy options available. The on-site restaurant also had a great ambiance for evening dining. Facilities & Services The gym, swimming pool, and business center were all well-maintained and convenient. The pool area provided a great place to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for both work and entertainment. Service & Hospitality The staff at Novotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly and eager to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall Experience I highly recommend Novotel Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and top-quality hotel experience. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value for money with exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Would definitely stay again!

We are two families of 7pax going for a weekend overnight outing. We checked in an Airbnb with 4.95 rating and to our horror the place smells like sewerage, human waste in toilet bowl, curtain falls of rail, stained bedsheet etc all the horrible things you can think of. It was a nightmare, definitely not a 4.95 experience. We left the place in disgust and in the hurry to find new place to stay, by luck we found this gem online. Mind you we stayed in many of the 4-5* hotels in the kl golden triangle area and i don’t know why we never thought of Ascott KL even though we frequent Ascott Penang. The other hotels were good, but for the size of my company, this place is perfect! Some may say the design is from the last season, but we don’t mind it at all. Its clean, has great facilities, spacious, absent from foul odour even in the toilet. That’s all we ask for! Shoutout to the team especially Ms Shahira who listens to our story sympathetically and went above and beyond to turn our disastrous day back into an enjoyable one. We’d probably return soon!

Recommended place if one is looking for a cosy stay in the heart of KL. This apartment is strategically located within a short walking distance from KLCC and all the attractions. I experienced quick check in and check out process assisted by a friendly helpful manager. Even quite disappointed after reading lot of bad reviews about tight driveway to parking space but it was bearable and it will not gonna be a reason for me to not staying again in the future.

Spacious room, comfy bed for a good night’s sleep, fast wifi, marbled bathroom (very spacious), eco-friendly hotel, breakfast spread is not bad. Able to use link bridge between Banyan Tree to Pavillion (requires short walk along the pavement between Banyan Tree to Pullman KLCC lobby, need umbrella when it’s raining).

Excellent Stay at The RuMa Hotel Our one-night stay at The RuMa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was truly memorable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who ensured a seamless check-in. The room was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with Malaysian touches, and offered stunning city views. Despite the brief visit, we enjoyed the hotel’s top-notch facilities, including a serene infinity pool and a quiet library lounge. The breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious selection of local and international dishes and attentive service. The RuMa Hotel offers luxury, excellent service, and a prime location in Kuala Lumpur, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. We hope to return soon for a longer visit!

Our stay started on a great note with warm hospitality, a smooth check-in process, and even an unexpected room upgrade. However, the experience took a turn upon entering the room, where we were greeted by an unpleasant smell—reminiscent of ”fried oil” from kitchen ventilation. It seemed as though the exhaust system had redirected the odors into our room rather than out. The smell intensified by morning, prompting us to inform the front desk after returning from breakfast. They sent someone to address the issue, but communication was challenging as he didn't fully grasp the problem. He sprayed something, but the odor persisted. When we returned from swimming, the issue remained, so we contacted the front desk again. This time, a more experienced staff member immediately recognized the strong odor upon entering the room. The engineering team suspected it was due to the lounge above and recommended a room change. The front desk assisted with the move, though interestingly, the new room did not maintain our initial upgrade. Nevertheless, the change resolved the issue, and we could finally enjoy our stay. Beyond the room issue, the water park, swimming pool, and kids' play area were highlights. We appreciated the presence of attentive staff ensuring safety—constantly reminding guests to avoid running on wet floors and enforcing necessary restrictions. We also dined at the pool bar, where the food was delicious, though on the pricey side. The portions were generous, making it somewhat justifiable, and the overall experience there was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the checkout process had a minor setback. I was overcharged, but due to time constraints, I couldn’t address it on the spot. After following up with Trip.com, I was informed that the hotel would refund the difference. Overall, the service at check-in, the pool bar, and from various staff members was commendable. Despite the room odor and overcharge issue, the stay was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality and well-maintained facilities. However, it raises concerns about how a room with such a strong smell was assigned in the first place. Addressing these minor setbacks would make for an even better guest experience.

Really loved everything about our stay. From the room, to the amenities and right down to the service. You can really feel the warmth from every single one of the staff and they’re really not calculative about anything. Location-wise was good as well which is an 8 minute walk away from pavilion where you can get just about anything. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again in the future!

Location is great, sometimes grab takes longer as slightly more expensive as the location during peak times. But it’s very central, we could walk to Twin Towers in 10-15 mins from the hotel. The room is very clean, beds and everything. The beds are very dry comfortable and I had nice sleeps there. Hotel offers one soft pillow and one firm pillow, both are nice. However, the wall is thin and we would hear the guy next door talking loud to most 2am. We called the reception, the lady came up and reminded the guest, however, he kept on talking after the staff left, so light sleepers will require some luck not to have one of those next door guests. The breakfast is very chaotic, it’s so busy and everyone is in everyone’s way, it’s not a very peaceful start of mornings, and cleaning of tables was slow. This hotel is not bad for a short stay for my personal preference.
