Excellent hotel a short walk from the airport limosine bus stop. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff.

Nearby Ramen shop and 7-11, few mins to tram station and very good location and easy to get there by walking to the very famous street in kumamoto!! It is the second time to live here!!! Enjoyed the hot bath this time!!

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Sleeping pods are very comfortable and spacious. Though there are some issues in the booking but the front desk lady sorted that out quickly. Very helpful.

I think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again. Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.

This hotels room is soo clean and comfortable. They give u friendly service.

It was very safe and clean. Plus it has a public vapor pool and sauna. Just be careful with the check out, you must check out every day at 10am other than that it was perfect.

Although it's far from Kumamoto Station, it's conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest tram station. ❗️ The private room was surprisingly spacious, and I was able to store my luggage there. It looks like I could easily bring a medium-sized carry-on suitcase into the room. The bathroom was clean and easy to use. ❗️There was a large public bath and a small sauna, so I was able to relax. 😌 There was a women-only floor, so I was able to relax there. I recommend this hotel for those who just want a place to sleep at a reasonable price.👍 ̖́-

Small-scale youth hostel, good location, convenient to the pedestrian street in the city center. The bathhouse has only 6 bathing places and a small bathing area. Not suitable for staying for two or three consecutive days. You can only stay from 3 to 10 pm every day. During this time at noon, the front desk staff must go out, otherwise there will be an extra charge.

The location was great, and the large public bath was spacious and comfortable. The shower head was a Refa! The rooms were quiet, and I'd love to stay again.
