Dairy farming may not be the first thing that you associate with Malaysia. As a tropical southeast Asian country, Malaysia does not have a large Dairy industry. However, the unique cool climate in the mountain region of Sabah provides the perfect conditions for grass-fed cows and Dairy production. This farm supplies the region with fresh dairy products including fresh milk, yogurt and cheeses. AND their ice cream is super tasty.

Book this 1 day prior to stay Just for a short stay before hiking Do’s: ✔️ Hot water Peace area WiFi coverage Steamboat utensils are available with price of rm35 (not including foods, self bring foods) and does come with a space for steamboat. Every room has balcony 😊 Don’t: No electricity upon arrival Bed linen were filled with dust, small small dead bugs. Quite old, can hear from downstairs footsteps, shower, television voice, people talking. Common: The road to Nikgold quite challenging ( as common as other areas in Kundasang, so it wasnt a big deal) No phone line, they do provide WiFi which is excellent Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for the hospitality Recommend for big family.

We spent a delightful three days here, enjoying the comforts of Room 5B with our family. Situated strategically on elevated terrain, the residence boasts a prime location. The location is easy to find..just in front of the road...the breathtaking view of akinabalu early in the morning....good service from the staff..cleanliness needs to be improved (the toilet slippers may need to be changed as they look unclean)..Amenities...ok only the kettle we use sometimes turns on and is often difficult to press. There is only one bright room light and WATER SUPPLY... this morning I was only able to wash my face with 7 people staying in a room with no water...

We revisited the property because of the location just a week apart. First time the price was rm100, then a week after that rm135 including breakfast. They do not have option to exclude the breakfast. When I inquired about the breakfast, the front desk showed me their menu with wide range of breakfast but the next morning, we were given a coupon to tick one of 5 choices, 2 of which were not available. Choices were bad, food was bad, all in all - rm35 breakfast for 2 was not worth it. You could find a better tasting options in the town which is just a walking distance. They will ask for deposit. First time, the deposit was rm50, then they increased it to rm100 a week later. So, I am not sure how long this review will stand correct when it comes to the amount of deposit they actually required. Telephone was not working (which they change for us), TV was not working (which they couldn't do much because they haven't applied for Astro), room slightly dusty, flooring makes sound when you walk, so you might need to tiptoe if someone is sleeping, the garden table at the balcony could be hazardous simply because they failed to adhere to the law of physics, and when you thought it couldn't go worse, the next day we had a very noisy guests with kids running and shouting as early as 6am in the morning. Apart of the location, I don't think I would rate this property as good value for the money.
