很少評論，這次例外，在昆明名宿住過不少，這是最滿意的一次，複式小公寓，很新，老闆很好，想的也很周到，家的感覺，衹要所需都一應俱全

房間很乾凈，位置很方便，離市去老街和其他幾個景點都不遠。房東很友善，設施齊全。可以寄存行李，2個大床，一家人出遊非常方便實惠！非常推薦！

在這裏跟大家分享一下我的入住感受吧。我是從省外旅遊回家，然後想着看一下滇池的海鷗，就選擇在昆明留宿，一開始我們是選擇了在昆明南站附近的一家酒店。但是，當時那個酒店給我們的感受就是非常的差，非常的亂，非常的臟，然後那天晚上我跟朋友連夜臨時決定換一家民宿，最後我們就選擇了這家民宿。一開始帶着不確定入住的心想着再差也不可能比我們現在住的這個地方差。但是最後給我的感受就是這家民宿不僅環境好，風景好，而且我朋友經常在昆明，他説他從來沒有住過，這麼便宜，這麼划算，環境有這麼好的民宿。這真的讓我們大吃一驚，再對比一下我們前一天住的那個酒店，簡直就是天差地別，關鍵房東還特別的好，我們去滇池看海鷗，心想着可能來不及退房 。房東就在12點的時候打掃衞生，特地幫我們把東西都抬上去留好了，最後我們回來去拿了東西才退房，真的特別推薦這家民宿，下次有機會還會再來。

總體是比較滿意的，就是在浴室旁邊的那個廁所窗户有一部分是沒有遮擋物的，看着有點膈應，我還是用了兩張毛巾擋着窗户的，（忘記拍照了，不過衹要住進去了就知道我説的是什麼了）希望房東能看到這條評價弄得更好，
