設施：房間實施齊全，名宿嘛，該有的都有！
衞生：衞生也打掃的很乾凈！
環境：環境也挺好的，唯一不足的的是酒店優點難找，我都是找了半天才找到入口電梯！
服務：在上級上訂很方便，到了你就給他們打電話，就給你房間密碼，這種對於我來説還是蠻可以的，也不用跑前台登記啥的，加個店家的微信手機上一鍵式都能完成入住直至退房！

昆明南站📍附近的一家有温度的民宿，交通超級方便，房東還可以安排高鐵站接送。
有詳細的入住指引，不管是白天還是晚上到達，都很方便。
房間乾淨整潔，温馨舒適，關鍵是房東人很好，老闆和老闆娘的幫助給人很安心的感覺，服務熱情周到，下雨了還親自下樓接我們幫忙拿行李，安頓好我們後才離開，這種到朋友家的體驗感太棒了！
從乾淨、光亮、床品來説，性價比算是周邊最好的，👧🏻🉑，哈哈~

趕早上的高鐵所以提前一晚到高鐵站附近住宿，想着就睡1晚乾淨就行，特意找了一個寫着今年開業的民宿，剛營業幾個月也不會臟到哪去，結果賣家秀和買家秀差別不是一般大，洗手間乾濕分離都沒有，一進門花灑還在滴水，房間內用的東西都是非常廉價的材質，大家看圖吧，這麼差的衞生關鍵價格也並不低，唯一優點就是離高鐵站近有拼車接送站服務了

提前聯繫過房東昆明南站可以免費接送，到站後居然還有圖片樣式的乘車指引真的太方便了。到樓下太晚一時沒找到電梯間，房東還下來接。房間設施齊全，衞生也很不錯，對於衹是趕高鐵過路來説確實很方便。

房間環境不錯，很舒適，住了兩個晚上都感覺很舒適。而且很安靜。晚上看劇氛圍好，而且周邊吃的也不少。超讚

房間挺好，裏面很乾凈，還很大，適合家庭出遊，好幾間屋子，奶油風和圖片差不多，就是有點難找，不過有接送服務還是很不多的。

環境：周邊有兩個大學吧，吃的東西還挺多的，而且也不貴
