酒店12樓，離昆明南高鐵站不遠，客房11樓，房間乾乾淨淨，熱水時有時無，店主很用心地去做調試熱水，衞生間乾淨整潔。

老闆一家很熱情，服務態度very good，有南站接送服務，前台還有小零食，一進房間，老闆在房間裏插了鮮花温暖的燈光是房間裏充斥了滿滿的温馨；傍晚時分，在房間裏的小陽台上還可以賞賞日落；夕陽西下，天色漸暗，樓下美食商業街挺熱鬧，很多很多的美食讓人不知道該吃什麼好，喝着奶茶，看着電視在吹着空調，別提有多愜意了

走進街區大樓感覺有點小失望，辦理入住時讓老闆的熱情化解了，入住房間後發現網絡無法連接，服務人員檢查後發現是路由器不知被哪個房客給順走了導致網絡無法連接，老闆為了不影響我們的旅行體驗，給我們升級了房型表達歉意👍👍，出門在外的住宿，無非就是要求乾淨舒適，之前看網友們對店家的評價有好有壞，説晚上樓下的燒烤味道大，而我恰恰喜歡這人間煙火氣，説衞生間小，我覺得可以接受，在裡邊無非就是解決個人衞生問題，它們所提供的條件足以滿足，早上在小陽台觀日出，晚上在小陽台跟家人喝着茶，聞着樓下的生活氣息，有什麼不好？到昆明南站的免費接送服務，衹要你提前一天在前台登記好，第二天上車前十分鐘，司機就會打電話給你，提醒可以到樓下等了，而且是那種附近酒店的接送專用中巴車，十分方便，如果讓我提出有哪些遺憾～那就是下次一定要再帶上家人們來住他家的三人間、家庭房😂

房間很不錯在大學城邊上，有很多美食，房間還能向外看到落日，房主一家很熱情友好，還請我們吃了家常飯，有接送到昆明南的服務！房間整齊乾淨衞生，房間很大，在大學城那裡，樓下美食很多很多。老闆還會介紹你可以去哪裡哪裡玩，非常負責任。推薦推薦，太好住了！

明明就是一家賓館還要收兩百多的價格，衞生環境都比較差，酒店也很不好找，當時住的房間在前台旁邊，半夜兩三點還有人在看電視大聲聊天。同樣的價格能住更好的了，謹慎訂購吧

老闆人不錯，主動到樓下接我，還給我升級了房型。就是我一個人，給我安排了一個三張床的房間，讓我一時間不知道該睡哪張😄。不過這個房型特別適合一家人出遊，房間裏洗衣機，冰箱，做飯的電磁爐都有，實名制點贊👍

房間還行，就是衞生間真的太小了，洗澡真的不方便，然後房間本來沒多大，放了盆大綠植影響空間，可以換盆小的。
