This one has also been used, it’s really hard not to be angry. Maybe the previous customer just screwed on the cap after use, and the hygiene lady thought it was unused and didn't check and replace it. Then there was no service at all. They said they had a drop-off service and booked it in advance. I was told to come down ten minutes early for the 8:30 bus, but I arrived downstairs at exactly 8:30 and the bus had already left. At 8:00 The front desk called me on 21st but didn't get through. They showed me the call log and just made a formal call. Even if I made another call 25 minutes later and I couldn't get through on my mobile phone, it was all my own fault. Since I have booked a car, I must rush it. If you want to argue with me, I arrived at the front desk on time at 8:30. I checked the time and I was not late. That is because you called me and didn't get through to the car and left early. The key is that the tone at the front desk is very bad. I am angry because they keep shirking responsibility, let alone the service with a smile. I recognize this brand. Another store, Shangke Youyue, is also from the same company. The front desk service there is very good. The service of this one may depend on the mood of the front desk.
