該酒店位於昆明螺螄灣新市場內，可免費停車。前台服務熱情周到，周邊飯館很多，吃飯方便。房間設施一般，乾淨整潔，但空間較小，還有個大柱子，很不方便，臨時住一下還行。

房間實際和照片相差太大，定價高房間卻一般。馬桶位置奇怪，上廁所不方便。設施老化，燈也是一閃一閃的，體驗感較差。隔音還不好，不推薦！！！！😡😡

周邊都是賓館區域的，挺好的，就是木地板跟那個門可能老化了，風一吹就發出吱呀吱呀的聲音

垃圾酒店 本想着十一點來的南部汽車站下車後好好休息 一進去太崩潰了 杯子廁所那些像給**用呢一樣 媽的杯子上還沾有辣子塊在上面 也是太晚了找不到其他酒店了 晚上睡覺還特意多穿個外套 不敢睡那個床和用那個杯子 建議你們當天執勤的人真的去好好檢查哈打掃了的衞生 幾十年來最差的一次 因為這件事還在和女朋友吵架

價格實惠，離南部客運站還是有段距離的，建議打車前往，預計10元。此外，夏天有蚊子，建議老闆放盤蚊香。
