很適合帶小朋友的一家人居住，入住便捷，位置離昆明各景點都不遠，馬路對面就是昆明動物園。小朋友玩的很開心。

房子性價比高，但是隔音太差了，我們一家人高鐵到昆明到11點多了，就吃個飯回去給小孩洗個澡，兩個房間一個很小衞生巾，排隊洗澡，我們就吹風機吹頭髮，怕吵到小孩輕輕的，半夜三更1點多來敲門，嚇人啊，説樓下投訴了，我們吵了什麼的醉了，這樣的地方不合適做民宿，鄰居太矯情

距離昆明老街不算遠，對面有個老字號連鎖米線可以吃早餐。房間乾淨裝修有點老化，洗澡下水道的水不好下去要手動掃下去。出門打車就是馬路方便。

房間乾淨衞生，本來自己還帶了床單被套的，看着床上用品非常乾淨整潔，和星級酒店的標準差不多，都沒有換，老闆也是人很好，有事情提前溝通，我們有要求也滿足了，棒棒噠！

靠近公路 晚上噪音很大 衞生感覺一般 床品睡一會身上就會癢 衞生間也不太舒服 整體不是很推薦
