店家純純忽悠消費者，我在智行上聯訂的機票加酒店，後面做飛機到目的地問酒店在哪裡接，給我説要錢這都可以理解，後面住房間也要收房費，難道説我機票酒店聯訂這個套餐沒用？後面問客服説不收取任何費用的，我真無語當時，這問題就出在酒店上，也不知道多少人被這樣忽悠了，希望大家能避雷吧

店家態度特別好 但是房間環境就這個水平沒什麼話説。初到雲南，在航班裡一起定的酒店 真的就是郊區 附近物價很高 還以為昆明物價居然也這樣 到別的地方才發現根本就不是這樣 這塊區域簡直有點.... 去吃附近一家燒烤一個小瓜四塊 羊肉五塊吃着完全就是合成肉 騙死 還去街上飯館 點水煮魚全是魚骨 魚肉很腥氣 也有可能是運氣問題 反正熬過一晚已經極限了😰

昆明騰達酒店明顯是一家欺騙消費者的酒店 ，怎麼允許他捆綁飛機票 ，上面明顯標記免費接送機 ，到了飛機場打電話讓他來接 ，他説飛機上捆綁的酒店價格不夠 ，另外要加錢 ，這個酒店是一家黑店， 大家千萬不要和我一樣上賬 ，不能去這家店裡麪住 ，否則的話 ……

酒店環境很糟糕，特別衞生特別差!枕頭都是黃色的有異味，被套床單什麼的用過了都沒換，重點是跟機票連定的來到酒店後坐地起價，加收60塊錢才能入住，完全就是這欺騙消費者!服務態度還不會好，評分全刷的，希望大家擦亮雙眼，慎重考慮，謹防上當!!!

環境非常差，牆皮都掉了，沒有電梯，安排5樓房間？把箱子拖到五樓。果斷退房。前台要讓補60塊錢，還要補接機費用？還罵人，讓我趕緊滾。大家千萬不要住。明天我就投訴工商，看他家衞生是怎麼達標的？跟垃圾場一樣，沒有空調，沒有馬桶

衞生超級差，裏面一個怪味像是有人住了，然後沒有打掃的，直接是難以接受，牆面掉皮，上面還有一些血，像是在演鬼片一樣，而且周圍環境超級差隔音也不好門還不能反鎖，隨時都有人在那兒，進進出出的説話還有迴音
