Terrace Kiyomizu Kyoto

The location was absolutely perfect for us. It's a 10-minute walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and 5 minutes to FamilyMart. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away, offering easy access to most major attractions in the city center. Situated on a quiet side street off the main road, there's virtually no traffic, ensuring a very peaceful stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The air conditioning worked wonderfully during the summer, and the shower water pressure and temperature were excellent. The service was truly exceptional. The kind gentleman at the front desk spoke good English, so communication was never an issue. We were even able to purchase our one-day pass directly from the front desk. There's a convenient self-service area with complimentary water and juice, a microwave, and a sink. They also thoughtfully provide disposable toothbrushes, bath salts, and cotton pads. The lobby is very cozy and inviting; we found ourselves relaxing there every day, enjoying their extensive collection of manga comics. We would highly recommend this place and would very likely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto.
