I booked a two-night stay. When I first entered the room, it felt quite clean. But when I was taking a shower, I unexpectedly found a bug. However, it ran so fast that I didn't have time to take a photo. I thought that would be the end of it! When I was sleeping, I suddenly felt something on my neck. When I looked, I was so scared that I froze! I've always lived in the north and had never seen a cockroach before, but I actually saw one in Japan. What's more, my neck is really itchy. I hope everyone will consider this carefully when making a reservation. 全部で2泊予約しました。部屋に入った時はけっこうきれいだと感じたのですが、シャワーを浴びている時になんと虫が出てきました。でもすごく速く逃げていったので、写真を撮ることができませんでした。これで何事もなかったかと思っていたのに！ 寝ている時に突然首に何か触れた感じがして、見てみたら本当に驚いて動けなくなりました！いつも北方で生活していて、今まで見たことのないゴキブリを、なんと日本で見てしまったのです。しかも首がすごくかゆいです。 みなさんも予約する際は、ぜひ考慮していただければと思います。

Amenities & location are good! Reception staff are very kind & polite. Only few-minute walk to a station. Within walking distance to Shijo zone where is most popular.  I’ll use this hotel again.

We stayed on the first floor and were not informed that it was a pet-friendly area. On our second night, a dog in the room opposite barked nonstop through the night. The night shift p pm receptionist was rude, dismissive, and kept me waiting at reception for a long time before finally speaking to the dog owner. The noise only stopped around 2 a.m. after several complaints. Very disappointing experience and poor service. 我们住在底楼，事先并不知道那里允许携带宠物。入住的第二个晚上，对面房间的狗整夜狂吠不止。值夜班的前台接待员态度粗鲁、漠不关心，让我等了很久才终于联系上狗主人。我们投诉了好几次，噪音直到凌晨两点左右才停止。这次入住体验非常糟糕，服务也很差劲。 저희는 1층에 묵었는데, 반려동물이 허용되는지 몰랐습니다. 둘째 날 밤, 맞은편 방에 있던 개가 밤새도록 쉴 새 없이 짖어댔습니다. 야간 근무를 하던 리셉션 직원은 무례하고 무관심해서, 개 주인에게 연락하기까지 한참을 기다려야 했습니다. 여러 번 불평했지만, 새벽 2시쯤 되어서야 소음이 멈추었습니다. 정말 끔찍한 숙박이었고, 서비스도 형편없었습니다.

Access is good. Close to the Keihan line and bus stop to Kyoto station. A bit walk to konbini as well. They have microwave in the room, which is very good if you want to heat the food from konbini! Overall, I had a great stay in this hotel.

The room is normal, not big, the toilet is fine, the location is convenient

The location is great. It is near the metro station (within 5 minutes' walk). And as it is next to the Kamogawa (river), it is refreshing to walk there even in the Summer.

Nice hotel, rooms are small but still there is enough space. The location is pretty convenient, around 15-20 min walking to Gion/Kyoto station/Nishiki market.

Strategies, wide room

Much dust in the room, the kettle is very dirty inside. The tv was set at the wrong direction that you can’t watch it on the bed. The window can’t be open. The location wasn’t very good but it reflected on the room rate and still acceptable. The storage luggage service has lots of room to improved.

Nice and cozy Near to the metro station. Equipment are all functioning Front staff is helpful and friendly. Will consider to stay here in the future.

Dirty & broken ac & shoe-horn. When I say dirty, I mean like a pile of dust hanging off the fan in the bathroom. Broken shoe-horn not a big issue but when it’s just jagged and cut up plastic it shows they didn’t care about the room

The location is convenient to most of the attractions in Kyoto

Small but comfortable, enjoy the stay and will come again this year.
